If I could give them 0 stars I would If I could give them 0 stars I would! I placed a order with Ulta Beauty using Afterpay and Afterpay took the money out of my account before I could complete my order. I tried to complete my order and they tried to charge me AGAIN so now my order was never completed and both Afterpay AND Ulta refuse to refund the money that was taken out of my account and neither company will take any responsibility. So now I am out hundreds of dollars and will not be getting my order.

I wish I had actually checked reviews before I had ordered anything from Ulta but my daughter had recommended it to me so I thought it would be fine. After placing my order I received my shipping confirmation and realized it was going to be 2 weeks until I would receive it, which I wasn’t really pleased about beings I only live less than a mile from an Ulta store but I let it go. On the final day it was to be delivered I tracked the package only to see it had been out for delivery 3 days earlier and now just says “EXCEPTION” instead of any tracking info. I called customer service and they said they didn’t know what had happened but they would resend my order with expedited shipping and I would get it in 2-3 days. I received my confirmation email and noticed it is being sent standard shipping again and that it would take another 2 weeks to receive what I had paid for 2 weeks earlier. I called back and spoke to an incredibly rude person who said the order was already placed so I’ll just have to wait “sorry”. So I call back again and ask to speak to a supervisor who basically told me if I didn’t like it they could submit a request to refund my money, which they couldn’t guarantee I would get, or I could just wait Afterall, It wasn’t their fault I hadn’t received my order, it was on whoever was in charge of delivery? Are they not responsible for who they hire to deliver their packages?? All I know is they have my money and I don’t have what I paid for. When I spend over $50 for shampoo and conditioner I would expect better treatment from a company like this. I would have given zero stars if I could have. I will not recommend Ulta to anyone nor will I ever shop there again.

Why am I not surprised to come here and find a gazillion other people giving this awful website a rotten review?? I'm not even going into detail other than to say it took me 35 minutes to order and pay for ONE bottle of product. I persisted only because I'd asked my husband to stop on his way home and didn't want to complicate things for him. The site insisted I was two states away from where I actually was, made me enter my credit card information MULTIPLE times, and had the audacity at the end to ask if I wanted to join their stupid club despite HAVING USED MY NUMBER TO LOG IN WITH!!!! Worst experience on a website EVER! Quit being cheap when you buy your computer services, Ulta!! You're losing customers because you're outsourcing your website support to the cheapest bidder and it's TRASH!!!!!!

It’s 2020 & ULTA needs to upgrade their customer support game. I had to call Customer service because I placed an order to the wrong address in a completely different state that I no longer live in. This happened by accident because the last time I used the app months ago the addressed was saved so it automatically used it as a shipping address. I called minutes after placing the order and was told that they could not change the shipping address nor did they guarantee that my order was going to be cancelled. Sure enough a few hours later I got an email saying that my order could not be cancelled because it had processed to ship. This excuse was absurd coming from one of the today’s biggest cosmetics company. I spent 50$ on this product that would now be shipped to a different address in a different state nowhere near my reach. I checked the app soon after the rejected cancellation email and it didn’t even say my order had processed. This is ridiculous!! ULTA y’all need to seriously upgrade!! This is embarrassing your customers have no control over their orders. Amazon could never! If you’ve ordered from Amazon you’d know you can make changes to your your order and cancel anytime! ULTA is whack for not having an option like that in their app. Also other companies like Vs and Sephora allow you to cancel orders up till about an hour from the time they were placed/ if you call immediately! Maybe if y’all didn’t take hours to reply to my cancellation request it WOULD of been cancelled.! **** UPDATE it’s been 5 days and the ordered that they couldn’t cancel because it processed to ship HAS NOT EVEN SHIPPED THIS RIDICULOUS WTH ULTA

I have avoided Ulta stores for years as their customer service is so terrible.They changed their products so I had to visit a store in person today. I was dreading it. I actually had one of the store clerks be incredibly helpful, tho. She guided me to the right section and helped me find what I needed. If I knew her name, I would call her out and applaud what is rarely found at Ulta. The rest of my experience: an employee walked into the store ahead of me and slammed the door in my face. There was a group of employees standing in the aisle chatting - I had to ask them multiple times to let me by to another section of the store. Overall, the customer service is rude at best.

Great website always get stuff on time

I just love everything about this website and store! Everyone in person and online are so very nice and considerate! The website itself is easy to navigate!

Ulta in Dawsonville claims to have experienced cosmetologists (I roll). I had never used an Ulta Salon and never will again. I have fine hair and she used bleach without my knowing and then left me in the back room with this scorching my hair for 45 minutes to the point I was getting ready to take it off myself. I have watched my hair break and fall out over the past several months basically growing shorter. I went back to my real "professional" and she indicated my hair had literally been melted by several inches. If you like having hair, DO NOT USE AN ULTA SALON.
