Ulta BeautyReviews of ulta.com

Super pissed! Went into my local store which I am a diamond level which also means I spent a ton of money, and was treated so extremely rude, Walked out without purchase. Mind you, there were no expectations on my end just reasonable. I will not spend another dime there again!!

Worst customer service in the world! I ordered $300 worth online, items were supposed to be here September 16, still today a week later my package is missing. They said that they will not refund me since it says it’s delivered. I told them that their delivery driver must have dropped it off at the wrong house but they don’t care. They told me straight up if it says delivered there’s nothing there going to do about it. So I got on my surveillance Looked back to the 16th, I have surveillance on all sides of my house including my driveway, on the 16th it shows someone in a white Honda stopping on the street and handing a package to someone on the sidewalk right in front of my house. Ulta uses on trac which uses regular independent drivers, similar to Amazon. So I’m pretty sure that little exchange in front of my house on the 16th was my package, and the person just handed it over to some random woman on the sidewalk because she was right in front of my house. How is that my fault ?

I have been a loyal online Ulta customer for over ten years. My most recent order was shipped to an old address but billed to the correct address. I was told that since my package was delivered, they would not send me a replacement. You just lost a life long customer over $70. Hello Sephora!

I went to the store in Alpharetta, Georgia today. The staff was extremely rude. I walked out of the store without purchasing anything and I will not be back.

Fast shipping good service and they take care of their items

Website lies. Paid premium shipping because it says it will be delivered next day. Ulta won’t give me a refund on my shipping fees talking about “the policy states 2-3 business days” but I’m paying for next day air. They are liars and misinform customers. I’ve even wrote like 50 emails. I’m not stopping til I get my PREMIUM shipping back.

Today I placed a order online for Pick Up” but the order was selected as “Shipped” I called guest services within the hour and that’s when it went down hill. The Rep Caleb was no help. He said he talked to the cancellation department that the order was already shipped... yes, exactly. Lasted with a different call fo Guest Services I discover a email is sent to the cancellation department not via phone conversation. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor... another rep spoke with me stating she was a supervisor only to find out seconds later Caleb saying it wasn’t a supervisor. Later I found out with a call that supervisors are not there at that time but a email will be sent out for a supervisor to call me.Therefore, I brought the same items for store pickup and I will have to return the other. The experience was completely unprofessional. I can not believe that is the culture in the call center.

If only I could give zero star because Ulta beauty sucks big time!!!!!! I never ever in my life experience a messed up customer service and policy until my experience with Ulta. I don’t know why they still exist. 1) my package went missing and they can’t do anything about it. Like. WTH?! $30 wasted!!!!!!!! 2) I purchased stuff online to pick up at one of their stores. I went in to pick up like 5 days later and after I picked up, it just didn’t meet my expectation and I didn’t like it so I decided to just return the product (haven’t even used nor open it!) I just simply had a change of mind. So I went back to the store to return it on the same day (cause I live quite far from every Ulta stores so I don’t wanna go back another day). Guess what?! They. Don’t. Accept. Return. Before 24h after I picked it up. Seriously?!!???
