Booked an appointment for foil highlights. When I got there, Brenna said she already had an appointment. Rescheduled for another day. She booked me with another person. I guess they don’t like older women with disabilities. I canceled the appointment and will not go back.

I placed a large order with them and received 2 free products. The website said it was delivered at 9:30pm 2 days after I ordered it but it was never delivered. I called about it and they re-shipped my order. They did not include the 2 free items and when I called back about it, they said they couldn't re-ship the free items and instead could offer me a $20 gift card even though the free items I earned for ordering so much, were way more than. $20. I will be returning my entire order and will shop at Sally beauty instead. Their customer service is far better than Ulta.

Website banner states "Free Standard Shipping on $35 Orders." I purchased, to treat myself during this stressful time, $81 of product to make myself feel good. I proceeded with my shipping address (a PO BOX). My order still said "Shipping 0.00". I clicked "Place my Order." At that point, the page loads and there is a $5.50 shipping charge! WHAT?! I contacted customer service. They said, "Oh, there's an extra shipping charge to PO Boxes." She sent me a link to a very hard-to-find section of the website. There was no extra information provided on the shipping entry section, nor was the shipping amount changed after I entered my PO BOX information. There was also no information as to WHY I was charged shipping. Simply, they lied. I felt cheated. Very underhanded. This is how they want their customers to feel. Beware of hidden charges and I would definitely worry about their credit card data integrity.

I placed an order with ulta thinking that they would be excellent like Sephora but nope. Total opposite. I placed an order, 3 items to be paid online and picked up in store and 2 were to be shipped due to out of stock. Great no problem.. I got an email as soon as i submitted the order stating it was all being shipped. when chatting with both Anne and Ruth in cust. service they could care less that their system made a mistake in how my order was placed. No where did it say I could not chose one method over the other meaning I could not pick up the instock items and have the not in stock items ship since it was paid for online. So i asked them to cancel the order immediately after getting the email. they told me it was already being processed to ship. Excuse me. there is no way or reason they could not of canc my order for their screw up on the site. I even asked them to ship it to me over nite .. nope.. asked for a corp # was told they don't have one. This company is ridiculous in customer service. It is nothing about the customer and all about them being jerks and screwing the public over .. Back to sephora I go.. They should learn from Sephora how to treat their customers... I will be cancelling my payment through my bank and contacting bbb with all the screenshots I have from speaking to both of these rude reps They are the worst. Hate that I had to even give them a star.. should be a negative sign for these bad reviews.

Do not get their rewards card. It's a ripoff. They say it a reward card, but it's a credit card. Not an in store card. Which you can't use any place else. Also their late fee is $35.00 for a reward card. DON'T DO IT!

Ulta is horrible! I have spent thousands of dollars at Ulta and Go's strike me down if I ever go back into one again. They are supposed to be about looking your best and making you feel special that is not true at all! I have gotten multiple "offers" through email however, when you go to redeem, they always state they are a store that doesn't accept those. I have been to 3 stores and no one would accept my Birthday offer. It's my birthday and you sent me an offer but the catch is, they won't take it! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! ULTA YOU ARE HORRIBLE!

Best to avoid Ulta at all costs. I purchased an item values at over $500 and they never sent it. The cannot provide me proof of delivery and said they hope it turns up. This company should be avoided at all costs. I contacted customer service right away after I did not receive the product and they did nothing to make it right. They have zero customer service. I contacted the carrier and they also could not provide me with proof of delivery. If you value your money then don’t do business with this shady company. You will never get your item and they will say they hope it turns up. I have multiple emails back and forth with this company and it was never solved. I don’t get my product but they get their money. There are reputable company’s to deal with. Avoid Ulta and take your business elsewhere. You will be happy you did.

If it was possible to choose less stars - I would! Absolutely terrible company. I'm an Australian living in the US, I tried placing an order and was CHARGED but the order wasn't possible using my international card. So why was it possible for the website to charge in the first place?!!? I now have to wait 3 days for my money to return to my account! And I still am not able to order on Ulta. Absolutely ridiculous!
