I ordered a La Vie est Belle duo set with the impression I was getting a holiday gift set with it. When my order arrived, no gift set. I called to have my problem rectified. I was told they were out of the holiday sets when I ordered my purchase. I explain I would not have spent 80 plus dollars if I was not going to get the holiday set. Please keep in mind I spend hundreds of dollars in this one store every year, and send multiple people there the year. I was not treated kind by the first representative, and the second one did not want to make things right. (It's a very long story) After requesting to speak with a 3rd person, finally I was offered a $15 gift card. When I explained that was not going to be good enough, he immediately offered a $25 gift card. I still was not pleased. In the end, this will be the last year I ever spend another penny at Utla. Sad day, but ain't putting up with horrible customer service after years of my life and thousands of dollars later

Poor customer service I ordered a skin care product that was 1/2 price on Fri/Sat only. They showed the locations near me that had the product in stock for pickup. I ordered the product on Sat. Received an email on Sun, sorry the product flew off of the shelf, you must have good taste. I called customer service asking if the product price could be honored, I have my order #, the rep could see that I had placed the order during the time of the sale. ULTA WOULD NOT HONOR THE SALE. Had I known, I could have I ordered the item and had it shipped to me.

It’s very bad place to go have hair service all the time cancel your appointment but do not care costumer and treating not good always looking making money for you not make costumer happy.I can to do scale treatment but sending you home wet hair like blowing dry not to do hair style.Outside to cold going wet hair unprofessional.Bad place always looking how get more money fir costumer

Terrible website and customer service. They sent my order to an old address and stated that there was nothing they could do about it unless the person returned the merchandise. It was never returned and I had to pay the cost with no product ever received. Also, their website is the most difficult to navigate - the worst website that I have ever ordered from.

I ordered over 200.00 wort of products. I opened a gel glitter eye mask you can put in fridge. I opened the package and mold was every where. Fell all over my shirt on my hands on the other products. Called customer service and they said "oh im sorry, we will send you another one free of charge."...... not a good response i asked to speak to someone higher up who would give me a good answer. Nope. I received the second one examined befor opening and there is mold on this one! I am beside myself. Still have not heard back from them.

I ordered the real techniques beauty blender and the wet and wild brow pencil.Overall everything was packaged nice and it actually didnt take long to come this was my first time ordering online and everything came just like i wished i will be ordering from here again

The worst customer service that I have experienced in my life. I have an issue with my username account and they keep sending emails from different associates apologizing and saying the same thing (like copy and paste) and don’t resolve my problem. It’s ridiculous...

I ordered from this place and paid the extra money for expedited shipping. I kept checking the tracking and UPS said they had not received it even though the shipping label was created 3 days ago. Ulta tells me I paid for 3-4 day shipping but based on the updating tracking it actually is taking 7-8 days. I tried to cancel the order since it had not shipped and they told me no. The customer service is horrible, they lied about expedited shipping since the website even said when I would get it before I paid. Now I’ll be receiving a package that I no longer need since my event will be over by then.
