I went to Ulta in Temple Texas. When I got there I was bring a return in for my daughter. I asked a sales associate where I needed to go. She directed me to the line so I went and stood where I was told to stand. Then the person at the cash register refused to help me because she said I get in line wrong. There was only one other person in the imaginary unmakes line who was saying the whole time “no, you are fine, go ahead” but the sales clerk was hostile and didn’t want to help me until I tended the imaginary line from the correct place... there was no line because we were the only two in this imaginary line. A different person helped me with the return. She was super nice and I wish I could do 2 ratings. One for the lady that obviously hates her job and the customers and one for the nice one that was kind and super helpful.

I have always had bad experience with them but ignored Very unfriendly and poor customer service.It seems they do not care for their customers Recently I placed an order that they shipped to my old address. Ihad to call them multiple times each time was told there's no supervisor to help REALLY. They refused to resend my order or credit my account back This shows there interest and care about customers .Will never shop their again .Horrible Store and customer service

Same as others - placed order online, which was supposed to include free gifts and shipping. Notified package shipped. Then, received mysterious email from “Enrique” that package shipped to the wrong address and to contact Ulta customer service. No phone number given. I called and they said “nope - it’s going to the right place!” Received notice that the package was delivered and, you guessed it, no package. Seven more calls to Ulta and being hung up on twice, I never received my package. They offered to reorder, but, conveniently, the free gifts were no longer available. Why are they using these LaserShip clowns?!?!? I have no gift for my daughter for Christmas now. I did finally get a refund but that does me no good for Christmas on Friday!

All of the recent reviews are correct. I ordered a package on 11.28 and it is still not received. They refuse to do anything (refund/cancel/credit) about it but tell you to "wait" and that it is showing expected delivery date of X... well it has been well passed that time.

Ulta sent $107 worth of makeup to the wrong address. Their response- sorry. Most places Would have replaced all items. Now my items are going to another address and I won’t be getting my expensive order. Horrible customer service. I will now buy directly from Clinique

ordered a gift card on 12/7 and 4 other gifts on 12/11. none have shown up yet. Asked for refund and was told gifts were shipped, so no refund. found out today after contact 4 times my gift card is on the way but may not arrive til New Years.. Never again.

I have always loved ULTA and decided to write a review of my last experience. Last minute Christmas shopping and Boom there it was on my iPad screen (ULTA) I was able to send out a gift card of the dollar amount I wanted plus free shipping. ULTA had a huge variety of gift card designs to chose from. I didn’t have to fight traffic or stand in lines waiting to check out. How convenient. Thanks ULTA, I’ll definitely keep you in mind next time!!

I have spent thousands of dollars at Ulta over the years. Today, they lost a loyal customer because their customer service is literally not allowed to fix the problem, what in the world is the point of asking for a shipping address if your system is going to default to the address on file. I did not ask you to ship it to that address. Now, I’m out a order and Ulta recognizes their system failure yet that is somehow my problem and not theirs.
