Maddy in Princeton NJ is absolutely the greatest at eyebrows. She took my pathetic brows and made them beautiful! Never have I been so happy with the way they look!!

Horrible customer service. I will never buy from them again. I emailed back and forth 5 times with specific question about fixing an order or getting a store credit and they cannot answer a question or even acknowledge what I'm asking. They clearly cannot understand English. I wanted the free item that was missing or store credit. They never addressed either question. Do not buy from them.

They do not let you cancel their catalog prescription and customer service is exceedingly aggravating insisting on telling me that they respect my decision to not receive the catalog but they are unable to help me.

Had great experience with my daughter hair cut at south Plainfield ulta . Maggie was great stylist she answered all my daughter silly questions 😆😆. While returning I saw one stylist was grooming puppy hair too , I saw her customer was holding it so disgusting to watch it. same scissors are used to cut other hair. You have to be very careful specially in this pandemic.

LOVE MY GIRL SHEILA at the Ulta in Foley, AL! She knows exactly what my hair needs and takes extra care while styling! Never had a stylist explain things the way she does! I’m so glad I found her when I moved down here! Make sure you ask for her!

Didn't refund my Asian friend. She’s now nearly $100 out of pocket. A bit racist.

Wow! Sephora would never treat their customers like Ulta does a while back I purchased an item online and it did not work I took it into the store and the assistant manager would not return the item plus she was very rude because it was bought online which is BS because any online items can be returned in any Ulta store. I called their customer service number and told them what happened and they said that was not true what she said and I should contact my bank and get a reversal for payment This is Ulta's customer service told me this so I did. I got a call from the store manager about 30 minutes later to have me bring the item back into the store and she will handle the return herself which she did so I contacted my bank and told them what happened I finally got my refund from Ulta and the bank cancelled the reversal . I went to order an item today online and it would not accept my payment I reached out to instant chat and they refused my business because I called CS back in June regarding my order that could of been resolved much easier but instead this company does not apparently need business and treats their customers pretty poorly. I am very Disappointed in this company I always thought ulta was a good company but not anymore I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

The mail order came in a complete mess. Two items were already open. I cleaned everything up and threw out messy packaging. The customer service is making me send back the items that had dirty packaging. Next time they'll get the whole box back. After all that cleaning, I have to post something back. The items are unsaleable. They are wasting paying for the return mailing label. The first agent who helped me kept getting my info mixed up, so it was a 30 minute call for a 10 minute problem.
