Today, on November 11, 2021, I came into Ultra to purchase some perfume, Gabrielle Channel and some mascara. This Ultra location was at the Alameda CA location store number 637. I made two transactions one with a credit card and my second payment with cash. When it came time to pay with cash I handed the young lady name Evelyn $40.00. When it came time for her to hand me my change back she handed me my coins in a penny pinch way as if she was afraid to touch my hands and the dollar bills, she laid them down for me to pick up my money from the counter. Again, I handed her my cash at the time of payment transaction. I informed her that in the future and out of respect and customer service she is hand me or any customer cash back in a proper way. The way she returned my money back to me left me feeling at that moment as if I was a unclean woman which I am not.

I was very disappointed when I recieved my lip colors this week. They were both broke and fell out of the container. When I pay good money for bad product,it is not fair. What ever happened to quality. Its just sad how things are now. I won't order thru mail anymore.

"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!" I went into our local Ulta to exchange a $20 can of hairspray, because when I opened it I noticed that the spray nozzle was broken. The manager would not exchange the unused can because I did not have my receipt. Are you kidding me!!! I have called customer service to speak to a supervisor not once, twice,........but 5 times and still have not received a return call from a supervisor!!! The lack of customer care is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I used to shop at Ulta a lot, but NOT ANYMORE!! THIS BUSINESS WILL BE CLOSED SOON!!

Ulta is the place for makeup! Love this place, my husband knows to just get a giftcard for me every year now, especially after 22 years of marriage.

Bad bad bad customer service .

I will never shop at ulta again!!!!! I placed an order online and one of my item was missing. They said they cant do anything about it no refund or item sent back out to me. Unacceptable!

I called customer service after attempting to use a coupon that the site would not take. Unfortunately like so many companies the call center is outside the US. Huge breakdown in communication and lack of English. I was on the phone for at least 20 minutes and got no where! I shop here less and less and now might be done for good.

My Ulta app has been down for over 1 week now. It keeps saying it’s taking a beauty rest. What is up? This is VERY frustrating. My app is updated and so is my phone. I’ve gotten NO response as to why!
