This is a warning so you don't have to spend time contacting guest services and feeling frustrated over item(s) you wanted to come in perfect condition or to match your purchased order. Firstly, it is not guaranteed that the shipped items are wrapped enough to avoid broken items. Secondly, they wanted to charge me for the wrong shipped items if the items don't arrive within 60 days. That would've been a minimum of $100 for a mistake on their end.

Would give zero stars if I could! Did not receive two orders so Ulta reshipped and I didn’t receive those either!!! Ulta will not give me a refund because they say the orders were confirmed delivered. So now I’m out 100+ dollars and no products! Do not use Ulta.com!! Awful customer service!

Would rate zero stars if possible. Ulta sent me an entirely incorrect order in December. My original order included a very nice gift with purchase which, of course was “no longer available” to include with a reshipment of my correct order. I was to receive a return label to send back the incorrect order. I never received that. Telephone customer service is NONEXISTENT. The reps are not empowered to do ANYTHING to help except read from a script they are given - frequently in broken English. I have been a diamond member for many years and a loyal customer since 2002. I received a coupon on my app to “celebrate “ my renewed Diamond status with a free gift. I chose from the list of gifts specified on the coupon and the cart insisted that the item was “excluded from coupons”. REALLY??? This is directly from YOUR own offer. ZERO help from the young lady who barely spoke English and for the second time, I’m told no supervisor is available with whom I can speak, and someone will “call me back”. NOPE, Not falling for that one. I tried that with the last fiasco. No call . So- I will do what many others are apparently doing- take my business back to Sephora, Walmart, and Overstock. Ulta’s arrogance and lack of appreciation for customers will be its own undoing. And David Kimbell, CEO laughs all the way to the bank.

If I could give a zero iI would, I have scheduled 3 apts with them and they continue to cancel them. I have waited now 5 weeks to have my brows done and they canceled again last minute. Clearly this business does not value its business and hires employees who do not want to work. I have scheduled with 2 different people and neither works on a regular basis. I will definitely take my business elsewhere

If I could give no stars I would my order was lost they then shipped it again two days later they had a mechanical issue and the order was delayed and then they had no driver to pick it up finally the packaged moved only to be delayed once again I would understand if it was due to bad weather or something but I still do not have my package Walmart has better service than this I will never order from them again customer service is a joke here worst experience I've ever had

Ulta does not stand up to their free gift promist. I ordered a foundation that they promised free concealer. I did not receive my concealer. I contacted customer service--chat. They said they were unable to honor my request. I asked them to just send my promised concealer and they claimed they could not do that. So I am done with Ulta!!!
