To the employees working today at Ulta Beauty in Fairview Park, Ohio, shame on all of you!!! I came in, made a purchase, and lost my wallet in your parking lot. I noticed it was missing about 5-10 minutes after leaving. I frantically called you twice asking if anyone turned it in - I gave you my number twice if someone did. Twice you told me no one turned it in. Luckily, they returned it to the police department. The police department informed me the gentleman who found it tried returning it to YOU first and not only did you tell him you would not accept it (even though you knew I was looking for it and was waiting and hoping it would be turned in to you), but you didn’t even call me to let me know someone found it and was trying to return it!! How? How is this right? How would you have liked to be treated in this situation? If it’s policy not to accept lost and found items, then that should have been communicated to me when I called. But, instead, I was told I would be contacted if someone turned it in. But you didn’t contact me. You did below the minimum and did nothing at all to help me. You should ALL be ashamed of yourselves!!!

Their website is a living hell!! nothing is working properly, not chat, not payment, not any other thing! yes, you have an hour struggling then you may place an order but no payment can be made in this living hell. no way to contact anyone.

I placed an order on Black Friday and ultimately never received the order. I kept an eye on the tracking and noticed at some point it was leaving my state after arriving. I contacted customer service and they said no no, give shipping more time. I tried to explain it's clearly leaving, and the person abruptly stopped responding. I emailed them once the item fully returns to them and say hey, I'd like my order shipped back. I also confirmed that my address was correct and that there were no problems at the post office regarding my address. Ulta told me, after a long cut-and-paste response about how much they care about their customers, that they would not reship it and I'd have to pay full (non-Black Friday) price for my order. For the problem that was not my own. Every time I followed up on email, I got another long cut-and-paste response about how much they care, followed by either completely 100% ignoring my concern or telling me to pound sand. Eventually they said they'd forward my concern to a higher person, which was just told to get me to stop emailing as that never happened. Every single person I talked to on this journey said while hiding behind forced pretty words that they don't care whatsoever about the customer. If Ulta DOES care, they need to start addressing this deeply rooted situation. They lost a longtime customer over a few Black Friday dollar savings.

I go to Ulta at Spartanburg South Carolina For about 3 years Amanda colored and cut my hair —— always did a beautiful job But because of my surgeries and hers we could not connect for 6 months I had a appointment scheduled no one at Ulta call me to tell me that Amanda was still out So this other person named Cara told she could do my hair The color in the computer and she was experienced cutting hair Thought about it for about 10 minutes How could she mess up my color ? She cut Hair for a living so hard is it to cut less a half inch off straight? So I said ok Wow Cara got the 1 color all wrong—— my hair was 3 different shades of brown—- gray streak so bad Cut? The half inch I wanted? Cara cut about 9 inches + !! And my hair was so gap up —— it was long then jack up 2 inches—-Zigzag Up and down The back of my hair was about 8 different lengths Never in my 62 years was my hair this short I had strangers/family come up to me say wow what happened to your hair? Did you put your head in a wood chopper? Did you used a hedge trimmer? Did try to cut and color your own hair? This happen November 2021 ——so I missed Christmas with family——my birthday in January——Granddaughter Birthday January and many doctors appointments because so embarrassed ! Still March 2022 I still hiding She cut my hair super short now March 2022 It still super short ——and looks awful it be a year or more before it get long again If you New and go to Ulta don’t let Cara come near you head you will regret it Plus

I tried to give 0 stars but it would not let me the Lisbon Connecticut store Is the worst store I have dealt with. I had three appointments booked for the same day and time one for each of my daughters and myself that I had booked just over two weeks before. I received two calls from the store asking me if I was keeping the appointments and asking me to confirm they were indeed for three different individuals. I insisted I was keeping my appointments and there was three different people. Then 5 days before my appointments I get a text that all of my appointments were cancelled. Now I cannot get all three of us in together until may since both of my kids are in school during the week. I have now been on the phone with customer service for over 39 minutes with no resolution other than I will escalate your concern. Really that is your solution to the ignorance and disregard of your employees to your customers my kids were looking forward to this the store is an ass now I get to tell them they are not getting their hair done. They should be ashamed of their employees and business practices there is no reason for any of this to happen they have no right to cancel my appointments to give them to someone else

I went to store 1201 looking for a hair product! There were totally sold out . I asked a salesperson about the product and she checked the shelves for me and said that that item was out of stock. Then she proceeded to look through three boxes that has not been shelved yet to check. The item was not in there . Michaela Krummel(sales person) said that she could call or text me when product arrived! She did exactly that exemplary customer service!!!

I placed my order on a Friday so it’s fair to assume I won’t be getting it soon due to the weekend however after 7 business days and no tracking number in sight I contacted customer service chat and was basically told you’re SOL because it takes 3-8 business days for the product to ship. Cool thanks. The very next day, my order was cancelled and refunded. Not the outcome I wanted since I used a $10 off coupon, I lost the code. I contacted CS again and was given the SOL statement again but was given a one time use $10 off coupon code due to mine being gone now and the coupon code was “already used” when I went to use it 🙃
