First they hung up on me. Then when I talked to them again they were un-helpful. Because they removed an item from my account and the coupon.They didn’t notify me so because of that they charge me 15 extra dollars TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I had no problem with the store and the help I received for products at Ulta. The product I bought was a lash serum called Grande Lash from Planet Beauty. After using product on my lashes after 1 day, I noticed my eyes were red and swollen. After day 2 I stopped product and was able to get a full refund. There is a 26 page class action suit on product. It is not fully FDA approved. Many women had same experience and this product should not be on the market.

Horrible customer service always. On my latest trip I could not find anyone on the floor to help me, so I asked for help finding a product when I got to the counter. They asked if I would like to wait to complete my transaction with all my items or I could put it through straight away when they brought me what I was looking for. I said that I would put my other things through first. When my item arrived I asked to pay and was told to go to the back of the line again as there were other people waiting. I would have waited at the till if I knew I would have to queue again. I told them to keep the item and received a look as if I was ignorant when they lied to my face at the counter just minutes before. I will never go there again.

Online deals are a scam. Order tracker showed delivered on 4/20 but it wasn't. I reached out and was told to wait until the 26th. Well that was today and still no order so I reached out again only to be told by a supervisor that since it shows delivered, so sorry no refund. This was almost $100 down the drain...was my birthday present to myself.

Dash to beauty people don't waste your time signing up for it because they will run out of items online you will get the coupon code for the discount but won't be able to use it because they don't have enough products for online purchases for the amount of ppl that sign up waste of time and customer service won't respond

Customer service is terrible. They told me that my payment went through,it did not. Then charged me $70 in late fees. I canceled my rewards card and will never go back to Ulta stores or online. They should be able to tell you over the phone if your payment went through or not so you can use another card if need be.

I was in the Mentor ulta buying makeup. A young lady who is also bridal makeup artist went out of her way to help me. She was very helpful and KIND. I wish I could say the same about the 2 young ladies at the cash register. Molly and I think Hailey(long blonde hair). I overheard them talking about me on my way up to the registers and they were NOT nice when I got there. They need to learn to be kind. I will not return to this ulta again.

I ordered online and after submitting the order, realized that it was shipping to my old address. I immediately called to cancel and change my address but was told that it was already being processed. I was to wait for a tracking number and then it would be rerouted. After tracking number was assigned, I called and they said that they could not stop it now and I had to wait for it to be delivered and then mark it Return to Sender. I contacted the person from the old address, told her to mark the package Return to Sender, and have the mailman pick it back up. She did as I said. Now Ulta says they need a tracking number from the carrier that is returning the package back to them. The mailman just picks up the package from the mailbox and sends if back to ULTA! There is no tracking number involved. All I want is my money refunded. Now it seems, they get the merchandise back AND my money. Never doing business with them again!!
