I've had many problems with deliveries, but worst experience with OnTrac company. One Ulta package showed up about 10pm. One package came from Walmart. Woman driver said it was "opened when she picked it up." Detergent was half gone. She said cap must have been loose and it was all over her trunk. So she's the victim. I don't believe any of that story. They all deliver in their own cars. And I did not get one item, which she probably stole, and walmart did not reimburse me, but they did for the detergent. Both Walmart and Ontrac are terrible companies. Then I had another Ulta package left at another bldg where I live. Showed a picture of a lobby, but it wasn't my lobby. I had to go to all the other bldgs and finally found it. Here's Ulta's final response to me today after telling them I would not be ordering in the near future. And I'm a Diamond member. We completely understand your decision, and we want to be completely honest with you that we are unfortunately unable to guarantee which carrier will deliver future packages. Our system automatically assigns the shipment to the carrier that is available at that specific moment, so we cannot manually select or change a preferred carrier for your orders. However, if you feel much more comfortable visiting our stores to spend your rewards and pick up your items, please know that we will be just as happy and deeply grateful to welcome you. We truly value your loyalty to Ulta Beauty and thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. Translation: Ulta uses the CHEAPEST carrier. Maybe when Ulta has lost enough customers, they will stop using OnTrac.

I placed an order online. Ordered three products and only one product was delivered to my address. Called customer service multiple times and they will not send me other two products or give me a refund. I have spent thousands with them over years of ordering and I will never shop here again. Terrible customer service and they literally took my money and did nothing but belittle me over the phone. Truly disgusted.

Ulta has poor customer service, I purchased a Ulta gift card for a gift, it was stolen. I presented all my documents. Since I didn’t have the entire gift card number, who would. They’re refusing to refund my 40.00 back.

I pray the worst punishment befalls on Ulta. I ordered around 10 items and included the free variety pack in there. They only shipped a beaten up box of the variety pack, none of the purchased items were in there. I kept calling Ulta and they were giving me the runaround. They said they would contact me in 48 hours with a decision from the "higher ups". I never got that call. I had to call them many times back and they keep moving the goal post and telling me the decision is pending. The more days go by the more this is going nowhere and it breaks my heart because its over $200 I already pulled my card! I will never buy anything from ULTA. No company is this incompetent. I am infuriated. I am boiling mad. I pray to God for these oppressors to get punished. Money doesnt grow on trees. I work overnights and I come home tired and broken from long hours in the healthcare field. They are thieves. You dont need permission from "higher ups" to give someone a refund or re-ship their PURCHASED items!!! I even told them they can check the cameras at any of the warehouses that packed the items and see that not all items were packed. It doesnt matter what you say, these people have no morals, ethics or souls. Let's just say I will be making special prayers to God each day for these thieves!

The worst customer service to compare to other companies when you have a problem with your order (arrive damaged). Don’t offer any help or resolutions.

Stay away from this company. Placed an order which wasn’t delivered. They refused to place a tracker with UPS or refund my money. Total ripoff

Terrible experience online. I did a virtual chat then they transferred me to a "real" person, but I'm not sure they were very real. They couldn't tell me why I have 1 email, 1 phone number, 1 address, but 2 rewards accounts. Then I called them and they still couldn't help. They said log on to both accounts and make the contact info the same. I ONLY HAVE 1 ACCOUNT.

Both the app and website are not accepting my forms of payment when trying to submit an order. I tried different cards from three different banks directly and through Apple Pay, Venmo, and Paypal and it keeps telling me to check my payment details. I called their customer service to explain this and the rep insisted it was my card because on their end, the system was saying for me to call my bank. All three??? Really?? I was so frustrated I just ended the call. I deleted the app last year because of bad ordering experience in the past with available stock, mis-managed promotional items (are offered for the sale then they say they ran out) and terrible customer service. I downloaded the app and tried that and still nothing. I tried this time for a sale on Maely’s products which are expensive. I was able to put two of the same item in my cart after all these several attempts, just once I got a notice they were out of stock and there was only one left. Really??? Well I am done with anything to do with them online now. Once again, I deleted the app.
