I will never ever buy from this company EVER AGAIN! I bought some Chanel make up weeks ago. It never arrived at my home tracking number said as per my request it was dropped off at the post office. I never requested that! I’ve called customer service numerous times been to the post office numerous times the post office printed out proof that the package never arrived at their facility and alter refuses to refund my money. This company is fraudulent! I want my money back. Shoppers, spend your money elsewhere!

Walked in the store no one said hello everyone looked turned away walked around me I never asked me that I need help or anything there was one Association that saw me and said hello but she was helping a woman already it's because I need any help and I said yes and she said I will be right with you as soon as I finish with her Long story short she helped me I came in there to buy Rihanna ice lip gloss and a concealer from Two-Face but because she helped me I walked out with my products that I now know how to use the right way her name is TATI so Ladies If you ever go to the Ulta Beauty on 86 between Lexington and 2nd Avenue collect address 188 East 86th Street ask for her she is wonderful she is knowledgeable and you will be absolutely happy with that everything she helped you with for the other employees garbage excuse my French. I quickly realized they did not work on the commission because if they did they would be friendly they were being engaged in and they will help you with the products most of these employees walked around talking to each other putting on makeup for each other looking me like I was a problem no Friendly Smiles or anything I was shocked it felt like I was at a gathering with a group of Patty women honestly I couldn't tell who worked there who didn't because when I finally bumped into a manager she herself was chatting in the back of the store with other employees and the only reason why I knew she was a manager because one of the young men that was waiting for the bathroom according it out to me and said these two women work yet ask them what you need without particular time I was looking for a hot curling for my hair I did ask for help she was helpful but I didn't know she was a manager and while I was in the front of the store and all of rudeness was going on she was in back of the store chatting and laughing with five other employees when I finally checked out even the cashier was rude the first one walked away the second one was nice but nasty then the first one I walked away took the customer behind me at this point my head was spinning the only thing I can think about was if I ever come back to this location I will look for TATI to help me and if she's not there I'm walking right out the door not a very good experience $54 left on the card I will use that but I don't think I will be back at it too I'm going to go to Sephora support is the opposite everyone will say Hi how are you can I help you with something to the point that we have to say give him a minute and figure out what I want then I'll come find you my name is Danielle Hammond I've been to the store 1402 register number 2 cash your name Rebecca transaction number 7776 the date was 07 30 2026, 7:18 p.m. I spent $82.74 if you asked me they need to file a whole bunch of people in the morning and start new but people who want to work not just come to work to get a paycheck be rude to other customers because they don't love him for it because insurance they did I would not got this treatment

I placed an order for pick up and when I went to pick up my order and notified the store I had arrived for my order I had to wait nearly a half hour because no one came out to deliver it. I finally had to call the store directly to ask them of someone was going to bring me my order. On my way home my order wasn't fully completed. I called the store and they told me they didn't see the item on the order receipt. I came home went on my computer and saw that they were going to send it via delivery. I had checked on each item that I would be picking my order up. So I called the employee I had spoken with what it said about being delivered, she told me that I would have to contact customer service because she couldn't do anything about it. So, I did that and then was told that they can't cancel the one item being delivered to my house because they only cancel orders after an hour of ordering. Never mind that I explained that I will be out of town and that the face oil would probably explode on my porch due to Arizona heat right now, she didn't care and was extremely rude! I again explained that we have very hot temperatures and that made no sense. I'm sorry you made me wait for my order and then refused to cancel my delivery that I didn't ask for! This is such b.s. Oh but she did say that when I get back I can return it to the store! WTH? Ulta after many years of being a faithful customer you can expect my account to be canceled. There are other stores with much better customer service!

'If you choose to order online, DON'T! If you did not receive what you wanted, good luck with "Customer Service, Unlike Amazon or even Walmart, their customer service representatives try to work with the customer to find a satisfactory conclusion. Not so with Ulta. My response was: "we are sorry for your inconvenience and disappointment BUT...! (we don't care.) Spend your money at Sephora. If they cannot flex to help find a solution, they don't need your money.

We asked about a military discount and they denied a military personnel the option to get the discount due to their laziness when online it says they have military discount and she has gotten it before numerous times.

While traveling to my daughters, I used Instacart to deliver a thermal round brush from Ulta. I have tried to return the item as it does not work for me. I traveled to the store, with the receipt provided from Instacart to my email. While at the store, I was told that my receipt did not have an order number. Over the next hour, I called both Instacart and Ulta to try and get it resolved. I received an order number from Instacart, but then Ulta explained that their system was down and they were unable to help me. The manager at the store promised to call me before end of day, and that call never came. She really did her best to try to help me and was unsuccessful as she did not have the support of the company. The customer service online said they would call me today and did not.I finally gave up and went back home. I called their customer service again today, their system is now up, but they said a special team would have to help me, and it could take three days. I am disabled, so traveling to the store and trying to resolve. This has been an incredible burden. I see all of the complaints and that their trust pilot score is a 1.7.

I paid for $13 expedited shipping on a $310 order which states 1-2 days in the website. The package went from California to Phoenix (where I live), and then was rerouted to Montana for some reason. I did not receive my package before I left my home on a trip. The package will now sit outside for 8 days and I am unable to use the products I bought for the trip. The environmental implications alone should be enough for them to be honest in the website and state it takes 5-8 days, even with the expedited shipping. I don’t understand why they needed the $14 they stole from me. I’ve spent thousands here in just one year. It’s hard to get a refund.

The Most despicable horrendous customer service. Gave me the run around over and over.Go to Sephora, forget Ulta.They have horrible customer service and their prices are extremely high. I have a gift card which, when I peeled the back.The pin number came off I wanted to replace it . But instead, they keep asking me questions, and yeah, sure, 48 hours, nothing has happened over a week.They are really horrible.
