If I could give Ulta 0 stars I would. They are extremely overpriced and their customer service is awful. And beware of their coupon offers. Their cyber Monday ad said $10 off orders $50 and over. I ordered over $50 but it would not give me the $10 discount. I called customer service (and got a person who could not speak good english so was hard to understand) and was told the items I ordered did not "qualify" for the discount. The ad did not say it had to be certain items. The only other time I have used Ulta was to get one of their very expensive haircuts and they butchered my hair! It was the worst haircut I've ever had. Will never do business with them again.

I purchased a gift for my wife's birthday. She ended up not wanting the item. I took the product back to the store with the reciept (I paid cash) and Ulta would not give refund because "the don't have cash". They would only give me a merchandise gift card. This merchandise card is a joke. It can't be redeemed online, you can't call to find out the balance on card. It's basically a second rate value. I called customer service and they said they would get back ti me but never did. Save yourself the hassle and go to a more reputable retailer

I was in your Lubbock store with my granddaughter. They would not honor the price it was on the shelf.. then “forgot” to give her her change. Very uncaring staff. I took the item back when she realized they didn’t give her the change. I did get a refund after awful customer service. I will never go back and will be sure to tell everyone to shop elsewhere. They don’t understand they wouldn’t have a job without customers. Very disappointed in this store.

Not so happy customer I was making an online order for perfumes that cost me well over $65 and with that purchase you get a free gift. I was ready to submit when it said can’t take cc so I tried again which is the card they have on file and ars I USED in Store! So I thought I would try another card, same thing. I really wanted my perfumes and my gift(s) and next to the gift it says in plan site may pick up, so I buy my perfumes and ask for my free gift. They go on to tell me you have to order online. At this point I email the Corp and tell them what is going on, but they said they can’t do anything because it needs to be done online, emails are going back and forth, but on there end it’s a simple press on the computer and there response will be “ I’m sorry” Wait when I purchased it in store they didn’t use my points so what’s the point of giving your #. Was that a BIG HAPPY HOLIDAYS SLAP TO ME! Cuz I was the one getting ripped a good one! We go to the store because they have what we need not to get ripped off!

HELLO I ORDERED A BLACKFRIDAY DEAL OFFER YESTERDAY November 26, 2022 The order number confirmation is K232806933 The total was 183.97 cents I entered a $10 coupon I had $56.00 in reward points. I have a bank statement. Where ulta took my order and then canceled it. Then the order was made again where I was charged 177.57 and that was with the 56.00 points I wasted. They want to give me a 10.00 GIFT CARD for the difference of $51.34 never again.

Would give a zero if I could. I have NEVER been able to order online. They told me to delete my account and use a different email so I did but it still doesn’t work. I can’t even go in as a guest and order. It says that my payment method would not process and that is with every card I put in, including my husbands cards or my pay pal. I decided on Black Friday to attempt to sign in as a guest and place an order to receive the free gift that was offered even though EVERY product they have can be found online everywhere else for cheaper. I attempted placing the order form PayPal but everytime I tried it said couldn’t process. I finally gave up but an hour later PayPal send me notices that ultra charge my account 5 times 509.08. I called Ulta and they said they would see what they could do because it did not show I had made any order. All of that and I still can’t get the products. They SUCK and I don’t know why I even tried it again.
