Ulta BeautyReviews of ulta.com

Micheal from Ulta Beauty Store 171 Richmond 11500 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23235 at Chesterfield Town Center has always been super nice, friendly, and helpful every time that I visit. I just had to leave a review. He is a wonderful employee.

Gweneth at the Keene, NH store was fantastic. She spent so much time with me and picked out the perfect foundation formula, something I have had so much trouble finding. We also choose a better concealer formula than what I had been using, as well as a completely different lip color that I love, but never would have chosen for myself. She was so friendly and helpful. I love everything I bought and will be back to see her the next time I need something!

So first off, the salon staff at the Eastchase Center in Montgomery, AL was amazing! I was back in my home town visiting and needed to have my brows waxed. They were busy but stated if I could come back in the hour timeframe, they could service me, which they did and the tech did an amazing job on my brow and lip service. She was also super friendly and personable during a busy holiday season. Thanks again!

Thank you Scottsdale Arizona store 33 Clinque representative Sami and Nars representative Dani , were so helpful !! Both really took their time and put me in the right direction. The makeup is beautiful and I can’t wait to use starting tomorrow ☺️ A very happy customer 👍

I shop at Ulta a few times a month. Today I spent 15 minutes in the store before I put the items I was going to buy down and I left. In that 15 minute time frame I was approached 7 times by 4 employees asking me if I needed help. One of them asked me 3 times.

Melissa and Jane at your Willowbrook, IL location were so amazing, beautiful, kind and beyond helpful. They helped me find everything I was looking for and more. They both seem to love their job and the company they represent. Thank you, Leslie Malay

Had a bday coupon for $10 off in my ulta app. The cashier (stormy) rings up my items scans coupon and tells me my total I pay and walk out and thought no way it was that much with my coupon I pull up my receipt it wasn’t taken off I go back in and she says on it said it didn’t go through. Well why wouldn’t you let me know that at the Register!? So then I’m standing there for 10 mins while a manager looks at my app tells me the coupon should work tells her to return and re ring back up. No one knows what they are doing 3 ppl was back and forth until finally I was tired of waiting and took a refund and left! Jackson tn needs more training!

Don't order anything online from Ulta. They will hold your order if there are out of stock items. Why would you even offer out of stock items. Looks like a shipping label was made, but states....still awaiting carrier pickup. I order December 12th and still nothing. Called, emailed and chatted. NO help at all. All I want is a refund of my money. Should ask for interest! Another customer gone!
