United HealthCare is a criminal organization. They pretend they have not received my appeal letter, which I have now mailed 3 times. The last one I sent as a certified letter and have proof that it was delivered. Their customer service is useless and it is some call center with people with indian accents who have no ability to do anything useful. I've been told just to mail it again and to call back when there's a supervisor even though the supervisors also have not helped. They do not allow me to submit the appeal another way. This is a crime. I have submitted a complaint to my state's department of insurance about this injustice. Regarding they actual claim, the UCR amounts (usual customary and reasonable) were grossly underestimated. This is a criminal enterprise and they know what they're doing.

If I could give this company no stars I would! I made a claim to their accident companion supplement insurance after spraining my ankle and being out of work for a couple of weeks for it. They told me all the things I had to send and I did everything they asked me. Then they tried to tell me I didn’t send what they needed. They denied my claim! I thought about it. I called them back and pressed 5 to cancel my plan with them. The lady asked me why I was canceling and I told her I’d be happy to explain. After explaining to her, she then asked me if she could tell me about the benefits. 🤣 I then told her I didn’t want to hear anything she had to say and told her there’s no benefit in being denied. I explained to her that I just didn’t want to give them my money anymore. I told her to cancel both plans immediately. So to anyone reading this, if you can, call and have them cancel your plan before you get scammed. I will now be saving an extra $468 a year! Yes, I did the math!

I don’t have much to say all I know is I can’t wait to renew my coverage in October and get rid of these people. This is the worst Medicare health advantage coverage that I ever experienced in my entire life. Stay clear of this insurance.

I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. My monthly payment went up but coverage did not improve. It doesn’t even pay for our flu shots. Among other things.

Went to optum clinic to get my ears cleaned I'm almost deaf I wear hearing aids.The guy went after my ear like he was plunging a toilet.Well couple minutes later my ear was killing me and I told him to stop.He got my doctor she said I needed an E N T. Three months later I got to see an ent.So for three months I had excruciating pain and draining .ear

They want my 95 year old dad to pay $480 for a prescription of Eliquis. What a rip off. If my dad didn’t have Medicare he’d get it for free but since he pays them they have to steal more from old people. You should be so ashamed of yourselves and I pray you go out of business for the things you do.

My total insurance as a single coverage person is 900.00. They doctor's office stopped accepting them because they deny claims. I have mailed in documents for payment reimbursement and they put me on hold for hours never coming back to the phone. For the love of Gawd do not choose this company as your insurance provider. Your employees will quit your company and you the employee will waste your money every month. P. S. My doctor and their whole practice throughout the state removed 25 doctors as preferred providers under UHC. Belief the news, this is NOT the insurance you should choose if given a choicem

They basically they are thieves. I was told I would get a prorated premium refund for the part of the month after my wife died. When I called to get, now the story is they don't due partial refunds. Just lining the pockets of crooks after a family member death.
