UHC has extremely poor customer service. The wait time goes on forever. I have tried numerous times to report a scam claim on my account, and NO ONE has come forward to help me.

Been with United about 6 months and its way better to talk to than Kaiser Permanente. So far so good

United Healthcare uses Saferide for their members to get to appointments so I set up a ride to get to an important Dr appt last week. The day before I was sent a reminder about the ride. The day of, my pickup time came and went, no ride. I tried calling, and while I was on hold for 34 minutes I got a text that my ride was canceled. AFTER my pick up time! Will never use again so there's a worthless benefit from UHC.

I only gave 1 star because I couldn't do less. This is the worst insurance I have ever had. They made big cuts to benefits in 2026. I will be going to another company as soon as I can. I looked up the CEO'S annual salary and he gets something like 26.3 million annually while cutting benefits for senoirs, I find that disgusting.

A doctor called these MFers and asked for approval to do a mastectomy. They got the approval and then the next day in the middle of Surgery these goddamn MFers call and say hey f you we’re not getting rid of your cancer so hurry up that’s what United healthcare did. they are just murderers. And they’re doing so because Trump allows it. What was the name of that insurance man who got shot outside of the building? Why did that happen? Is it because you’re killing people? Is that why it happened because you’re killing people and you’re not helping people I mean I don’t know I’m truly asking

This is the worse insurance I have ever had. I am now almost 6 weeks pregnant, I have been trying to get in the doctor, but no doctor takes this insurance. I went on their website to try find help 8 out of the 10 doctors for specialist they say are in network, are not in network. Do not get united health care thru the marketplace, they are the worse and i can not wait to get off of it.

United Healthcare charged me $427 a month. For each doctor visit that I had to the tune of $1080 they covered $67. In addition, they covered zero dollars towards prescription medication‘s like blood pressure and cholesterol. They are a fraud and a scam. It’s no wonder their CEO gotten assassinated in the street after firsthand experience with this criminal organization. He absolutely deserved what he got.
