If I could rate zero Stars I would. This is absolutely capitalism on steroids. Despite enormous monthly payments they pay for nothing.. this is absolute garbage. If your employer offer this, run and seek something else. Disgusting

Since enrolling this past year, I have had 2 primary care doctors dropped from the plan. The first time I was forced to switch was early June and the second time was today. Twice in a little over 2 months!! The sole reason for switching to United Health was that my previous plan was discontinued and I wanted to keep my doctor. The customer support is abysmal. The entire experience is bad.

I am a customer of United Healthcare as well as a Medical Biller and they are the worst scam company out there. I work for a Doctors office and have been a Medical Biller for over 20 years. I have been trying to get the Doctor to drop them, but he is a good, caring Dr and doesnt want it all about the money, because he is not getting paid from United Healthcare as he should. He states that would cause many patients to not get the Medical care they need as he is a Specialist, he doesnt want to do that to them. I wish everyone would get together and get a class action lawsuit against them. Since money is all they care about, hit them where it hurts. I have AARP supplement and its the only good thing about United except every year it goes up, I am now paying $250.00 a month for an insurance that only pays 20% after Medicare. I cant switch because the other supplements wont take me due to my heart issues. But all of the other United Healthcare plans that are primary plans as well as the Medicare Advantage Plans are HORRIBLE. I have been dealing with them for all of my 20 years experience, since 2022 at the office I currently work for. Just spent the entire day so far trying to get payment for services rendered to patients.

Canceled my new policy before the premium was taken from my bank account. Was assured by their people that nothing would be taken. Lie. I called twice to make sure the policy was cancelled and on both calls I revoked any permision to do anything with my bank account. Was told again nothing would be deducted. Just Liars. Tried to hit my account the very next day from the first phone call. Was rejected by my bank. There were no funds in the account. Then six days later they hit my account again. This time at 11pm. That went through. Don't beleive anything this company tells you. It's probably a lie.

I have been told by providers United Health Care (UHC) changed their referral policies, that patients in Adult Family Home Care (AFH) or Skilled Nursing Centers (SNC)cannot do speciality service referrals without the approval of an OUTSIDE of facility PCP. ALL referrals must go through your personal PCP. So get a PCP that really listens to your concerns and goals before going into Adult Family Home Care and Skilled Nursing Care otherwise it ties up the ability of SNC to get necessary care without a Hospital/ Advocate / POA to get you the extended care such as, Cardio, Oxygen Therapy, Dementia, Alzheimer, Stroke, Pulmonary, Neurology, Podiatry, Opthmology, Audiology, Dentures, Trauma, Spinal, Major Fractures, Late Stage Chronic Illnesses etc. Tell me how do you make referral arrangements through your PCP or get a referral for necessary services when you are stuck in a wheelchair with no control of your limbs and your speech has been robbed from you by a stroke? And your PCP has no authority at a hospital! Thus a breakdown for continuity of care!

Thank you unitedhealthcare for helping me with getting my medications on time. Unitedhealthcare insurance is the best I know, the immaculate performance of unitedhealthcare has really added to my life in a positive way. Unitedhealthcare insurance is the best way to go about a healthy lifestyle.

Since enrolling in this crap company from.cigna, everythimg has doubled in price costs. In addition, their medical transpprt company they use is called saferide and they will call you.up 2 hours before yoir scheduled doctors appointment to cancel your medical transportation. Goimg back to Cigna in a few more months . I am very dissatisfied with united shitcare

I know a disabled veteran that is own Medicare and medicated that also has united health care and out of the blue they stopped helping with her medicine she has to pay full price.
