PLEASE DO NOT USE. 28health is a SCAM! They will charge you and your insurance company without your consent for prescription that you do not need nor did you authorize. Impossible to cancel or speak to a representative as you can only email and text. They will never respond. Do not waste your time on this scamming company.

The easy shipping from pharmacy to doorstep, the communicationfrom the customer service team to telling you when you should expect your next shipment. And if you have any questions or concerns they answer promptly and resolve all problems and issues.

I didn’t receive my shipment for 2 months and was never told why until I got to my last week of birth control and I called myself. They told me that my insurance was having issues, and when I called my insurance it said that the medication was called in back to back so they denied it. I have never been so stressed trying to figure out why I couldn’t receive my medication. It took 2 weeks for me to actually receive my birth control through the mail and endless calls with the pharmacy and emails with the Twenty Eight Health team. Thanks to Robbie especially, he was able to get my rx sent to my closest pharmacy to pick up 2 days before my last pill. I hope the issue will be fixed from now on.

Wonderful customer service experience from Jhian! Very responsive and helpful in getting my prescriptions ready for pickup even though they are not in network with my insurance.

This is a pretty good service. Plan ahead, couple month supply is best. Useful to have sent straight to local pharmacy if you need to. Direct to door not an issue either.

I've had a good experience so far. I transferred in from Simple Health and it was an easy transition. When I wanted to switch to another option that matched my situation, it was easy as well. The chat box is where I have the most success and I can go back to my chat history when logged in to review links sent to me.

I’ve been trying to cancel and block this site for months, and I just found out they tried to charge me nearly $300 for a prescription I didn’t consent to receiving! Luckily that card was expired (that’s how long it’s been since I’ve contacted them!). I’ve emailed their contact email numerous times, and I’m trying their chat now. I’m so frustrated and upset. I didn’t even want their services, I was automatically transferred from Pill Club. Update- I finally had someone email me back and say I’ve been removed from the site. Here’s hoping this is really the end of it. 2nd update- another person also emailed me to let me know I’m removed from their site. However, I’m still getting unwanted emails as of February 10th. As far as I know, they aren’t attempting to charge me anymore. The emails are going to my spam box, but it bothers me that they’re still coming in.

Beware of Twentyeight, a complete SCAM! I'm desperately trying to cancel my membership and my credit card. After SimpleHealth was acquired by Twentyeight, I was supposed to receive my pills on December 15th, but it's been over a month and still nothing! They claim I owe them $8, but I was never notified. This is unacceptable, especially since birth control is time-sensitive. The Twentyeight dashboard doesn't even show a record of my payment. Then I'm told my pills are being dispensed and will take 3-5 business days. That was WEEKS AGO! I've messaged the customer service team, but they're just as lost as I am. They tell me everything is fine, but then I get an automated message saying there's a problem. Turns out, it was sent by mistake. The incompetency! I don't trust the scammers running this company. STAY AWAY FROM TWENTYEIGHT!
