Dude
Dude. If I could rate zero stars, I would. It was advertised as $18 copay for birth control so I opted to pay out of pocket that way after trying to input my insurance multiple times and receiving emails that they weren't getting it. I went to check my bank account out of curiosity, they charged me $420 for ONE PACK of Nuvaring birth control and go figure, I can't get refunded. I'm DEMANDING A REFUND!! This is UNACCEPTABLE. Now I have to wait 2 days to HOPEFULLY cancel my subscription. Waste of my time, it was recommended to me and I'm NOT recommending them at ALL. Thieves.

We have our out-of-pocket prices listed on our website found here: https://www.twentyeighthealth.com/brands I have reached out for more information through Trustpilot. I would love the opportunity to further investigate your account and notify our engineering team of the issues you encountered. Sincerely, Danielle (she/her)
