Better Than the Rest
I've referred twentyeight health to a couple friends. Great service and support. Left another company for this one. Love the pretty blue bubble mailers my Rx comes in. Only 4 stars because there was one time where communication was not great and created panic. And a second instance where I had to message because I hadn't received my refill or any communication. Both instances were resolved quickly and apologized for.

Wonderful customer service
They sent my script directly to my pharmacy at no cost and gave me a couple months before they charged me I should have thought to cancel before I was charged but I was crazy busy. The process of cancelling was very easy online. I then had a question about if my script was still good after I cancelled my subscription and May Ann quickly answered my question and reassured me that it would be good for the year even after cancelling my membership. 1 less star for the cost of the membership being about $5 higher than listed when I signed up.

With Complete Care, we’ve expanded access to services under one membership. For many members, this can be $0 when we’re in-network with their insurance (no more than a copay, often $0). Convenient and Reliable Healthcare
TwentyEight Health exceeded my expectations. The online consultation was straightforward, and I loved that I could ask follow-up questions directly to the doctors. Ordering medications like the morning-after pill and herpes treatment was stress-free, and the privacy they maintain is excellent. Even from Canada, I felt fully supported and safe throughout the process. Highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and discreet healthcare!

Super easy to work with
Super easy to work with. Had some technical difficulties with shipping my medication, but the problem was solved within 24 hours of me reaching out.

The process was quick and easy
The process was quick and easy. Sometimes the doctors take a bit to respond, but I understand due to many other patients. May Ann was extremely helpful with any questions I had and responded/forwarded my issues accordingly. Slay<3
