I had a bad experience, however I’ve changed my mind…
I had a bad experience but thankfully it was taken care of, took a little over a month to correct but I am satisfied with the outcome.

Hi Jessica, I have reached out to you to request some additional info and see if I can help get this resolved! I am so sorry for the current long response times, but we are working to respond to all incoming messages as quickly as we can.
It sounds like there may be some confusion from our team around your prescription, and I'd really appreciate the opportunity to follow up with you and our team on this further!

If I could give this company 0 stars I…
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I have tried so many times to email and call and can’t get a response or call back. Now as a result I will be out of the country without access to the birth control I need. Absolutely careless customer service. I called, texted, and sent multiple emails and there was no way to get a response from a human being. TERRIBLE
Edit- they did finally respond but it was too late- I had to write this review plus ten additional emails for someone to even respond to me. By the time they responded it was too late to get my prescription in time to be fully protected my trip. I will never recommend this company.

I updated my 3 star review to a 4 star after my issue was resolved
UPDATING REVIEW:
SOMEONE DID GET BACK TO ME the next day. They said they fixed the problem and that i would NOT be charged anymore. And that my prescription WOULD BE put on hold like it was supposed to have been. Unlike other reviewers, they were quick to get back to me. Within 24 hours. I asked for a refund since thus is now the second month inwas charged/sent pills that should not have been. And the woman said i WILL be getting a refund for this month, that she already put in for it. So I will up my 3 stars to 4. (I cannot in good faith give 5 star rating - Only because this issue should not have happened in the first place.)
I have been using this service for a couple years now. I do always get pills on time, they are never late. In FACT I actually have MULTIPLE pill packs saved up because they were being sent TOO soon fornmany months. (And I skip periods so it takes a lot of eary deliveries to save up 7 months worth of EXTRA pills, lol.)
I sold my house and have to stay at an AirBnB for 2 months until new house is ready. I am NOT allowed Mail here. There is a locked mailbox w a key that I don't have. So I can't even get in it if I wanted to,lol.
I asked to cancel subscription and was told they can put it on HOLD. K cool. And considering I have so many unopened pill packs the woman said she put my subscription on hold until JULY.
February came - I was charged and pills sent to the house i dont live at anymore. I contacted them 2 more times and was told it was RESOLVED & my subscription WAS ON HOLD UNTIL JULY.
Well, I just got a notification that my pills for March were delivered today. AGAIN...TO MY OLD HOUSE...THAT someone ELSE lives in now Looked at bank statement and yup,was charged yet again.
I am LIVID. I let it slide last month.
And paid for pills I can't get (new owners of house dont amswer.)
But THIS MONTH TOO....no..Def not.
I just emailed asking for a refund for this month. I CAN'T EVEN TAKE MY CREDIT CARD INFO OFF MY ACCOUNT to make sure I stop being billed. I am a business owner for 12 years and would NEVER do this to a long standing customer.

Birth control not in time & bad customer service, I have been using this company 2 years
I have been using this company.
But this year was a mess, they always late, I had to transfer all my prescriptions to my local pharmacy....
Now I was supposed to receive 12/28 and they sent it through UPS and I will receive it 5 days later...
They were saying that they can not do nothing even if is their mistake and I had to buy generic to don't stop my pills.
Their customer service is really bad, their never make a solutions and they are working with medical prescriptions no clothes or something else.

Unreliable company with poor customer service
I've been using Twentyeight for several years now. In the beginning, deliveries were on time and customer service was excellent. That all changed over a year ago. Twentyeight is now inconsistent with medication deliveries, to the point I've been in tears messaging them to please send the time sensitive medication I require. I have endometriosis, and the birth control I use is vital to keeping my symptoms under control. Without it I am unable to live a normal life and am bed ridden. The company is aware of my issues but seems to be just fine with letting the health of their clients deteriorate, as long as they get their money, of course.
Speaking of billing, Twentyeight removed my current insurance from my profile and re-added an old insurance I haven't used in a year. Seeing the other reviews online and realizing others have also experienced this, I'm beginning to question the legitimacy of this company. I shouldn't have to deal with stress and anxiety every month, worrying they'll conveniently forget to fill and deliver my order while taking my money and billing the incorrect insurance.
With the future of reproductive healthcare being uncertain in the post-Roe era, Twentyeight needs to take their job seriously and deliver the medication people pay for and need. Maybe don't add to the anxiety that we can't control our own bodies. Maybe don't have a hand in causing people to miss their birth control.
EDIT: June 15, 2023. I received an email from Trustpilot yesterday (June 14th, 2023) telling me that Twentyeight Health quote "asked for more details to better understand your experience. If you don't respond, your review may be taken offline" end quote. I logged in to see what details they're asking for, and they want reference numbers, my full name, and my phone number. They want all that now, on a review they ignored for nearly a year, from someone who is no longer a customer and hasn't been since originally posting this review? Is this an attempt to get my review taken down because it's negative?

Never get my prescription refills on time.
I’ve been with this company for 3 years and, sometimes I wonder as to why I had stayed with them for so long. Trying to get them to fill out a prescription is the equivalent to teeth pulling. The only reason why I have them chances at all, was because they’re the only ones who would accept my Medicare insurance. Every other company denied my insurance. Yet they’re far from being the best customer experience. I pay them $20 a year and all for what? What they promised me was that I could speak to a doctor, but after the prescription goes through, they cut me off from contacting my doctor completely. The whole point in paying the $20 was for the doctor. Yet I cannot contact them. This year I decided to renew my prescription, two weeks in advance. However, two weeks later, it’s still pending by the doctor. I only have a few placebos left and, I’m so fed up with begging the company owner to send over my birth control ASAP. Last year I had to make constant emails and phone calls because of how poor their customer service is. Now it’s ending up the same way this year, despite giving them spare time to fill it out. They don’t even deliver it to me, so I have to go pick it up at a pharmacy. Which makes me further question the wait time. Not sure if that’s an insurance issue but, it’s annoying.Who knew it takes an entire month for a doctor to write out a prescription?

Misleading advertising, bait and switch offerings for Barrier Birth Control, not LGBTQ+ friendly in regard to STI birth control offerings.
Despite advertising barrier method STI prevention and birth control on their social media, and allowing it as a selection in their questionnaire for services, they are unwilling to prescribe internal/female condoms unless you are also willing to get monthly hormonal birth control prescriptions. Not only do I not need monthly hormonal birth control (I am high risk due to migraines, which was noted by their own doctor btw), I find their bait and switch on barrier method birth control distasteful and not very LGBTQ+ friendly.
If you need ACA covered birth control and STI prevention that would be free if prescribed by a doctor, I would check out other options. Particularly if you are LGBTQ+ and looking for services that include prescription $0 cost barrier methods for STI prevention.
EDIT 14 September 2022 - 6 weeks later and I want to update what just happened to me with this company. They text me saying they could offer me FC2 Female/Internal condoms, am I interested. I reply "yep" and wait. They then text me, "sorry, it looks like your insurance may not cover this" WHEN IT IS LITERALLY COVERED FOR FREE UNDER THE ACA WITH INSURANCE. So not only did they bait and switch, they then made an offer which they immediately rescinded without researching coverage properly. It's lazy, it offloads the labor onto the patient when THEY should be the patient's advocate. Infuriating tbh.
I will attach a picture of this text exchange if allowed or if I can figure out how.
Unbelievable.
SECOND UPDATE 14 September 2022: wow, even when provided with the proof, as in I literally send them my insurance coverage booklet that showed where I am covered for FC2 Rx at $0 copay, they say "you are not covered" and tell me they'll just "take me off the text list for FC2 internal condoms."
Another thing to note, they have me down as Medicaid as my insurance when they literally have been billing Blue Cross Blue Shield and not only that, I have BCBS as primary insurance (which covers medicines and RX) and Medicare as secondary (which pays doctor copays secondarily to BCBS). They could literally reference my account photos for pictured of my insurance cards. Let me repeat, THEY HAVE BEEN BILLING MY BLUE CROSS INSURANCE FOR HORMONAL BIRTH CONTROL WHILE DENYING ME FC2 CONTRACEPTION SAYING I HAVE MEDICAID [WHICH I DON'T HAVE]. THEY ARE GETTING PAID OUT BY MY INSURANCE AND TAKING MONEY FROM MY INSURANCE, THEN TELLING ME I DON'T HAVE INSURANCE TO COVER FC2.
This company markets themselves as inclusive, affordable, and hassle free. I have encountered forced hormonal birth control, denial of LGBTQ+ friendly birth control, constant hassle about what is easily researchable, outright gaslighting about insurance coverage, and denial of ACA $0 prescriptions.
Please go elsewhere and find a company that is actually inclusive and hassle free.
UPDATE 21 Sept 2022 - I wanted to provide an update to to this considering the company called me out of nowhere. It seems they have some kind of internal review process. At any rate, you should be aware that all they had to offer was an apology, and to correct an instance of billing for COVID tests I never got. NONE of this makes up for my lost time, my hours of dealing with this company, and DAYS I had to spend seeking in-person medical care for what should have been very easy telemedicine, and the stress of it all. I've also been interviewed and had to supply all of my records to both my insurance company as well as a state review board, as there are ethical concerns involved regarding the quality of care I received with this company. I cannot believe how something that was meant to be inclusive, easy, and empowering became time-consuming, dehumanizing, and ended up costing me more money when I had to follow up with an actual in-person doctor when this company failed me and then continued to string me along.
Over the phone they offered to submit some prescriptions for the things I originally asked for BACK IN JULY, but why would anyone seek services from a company that clearly did not value them as a person in need of healthcare, or even as a for-profit customer? They somehow thought that offering me the basics of what they should of offered in the first place would make up for all the time, stress, and expenses of seeking out an alternative when they failed, plus all the work I had to do for actually proving my own coverage when they had everything they needed from the start.
There's no amount of retraining that fixes anything for me. There's no amount of offering the bare minimum of service and care that fixes the damage of what they did.
14 June 2023 - update, you should know they are militantly seeking to get this review taken down. Looks like class action territory according to my state board btw.
