I love that it comes in the mail but i wish there was an app an it had like a calendar that told you when you get you package an when you need to renew you stuff

If I could I would give 0 stars. This became my birth control provider or shall I say lack of after the Pill Club transfered me to them. Worse company ever stay far away. I have been waiting for my birth control prescription information or the dang medicine for almost 1 months. Absolutely love the fact the only way to get a hold of them is through emails and text which it is hit or miss when they will respond. What a disaster. Also instead of letting me know from the beginning my insurance info was not correct they waited until I contacted them after they messaged me my medicine would be on time over 1 months ago. What a joke.

I read all of these negative reviews right when I started using Twenty Eight Health and got really nervous. However, I haven’t had any poor experiences with this company at all! I completed the questionnaire online and was put in contact with a doctor who asked me questions about my pill brand, insurance, etc. She wrote me a prescription and it took about a week for my birth control pills to get delivered to my house. It was the exact brand that I have used in the past (as I requested). I was also able to contact someone through their messaging system and get my next couple of deliveries sent through my local pharmacy since I have concerns about my medication being exposed to this high heat in the summer. Everybody I have been talking to has been super nice and helpful and I honestly have no complaints thus far. I understand that everybody has a different experience but I have had no issues since starting with Twenty Eight Health.

I have had absolutely nothing but problems since my Pill Club switched over to TwentyEight Health. First, they denied my insurance, and the reason they gave was because they "don't accept Medicaid." Excelt, I don't have Medicaid. I have BlueCross BlueShield's CareFirst through my employer. So that shows they took no time to actually review my documentation. Then, I think everything is straightened out. I get my birth control in the mail, but I had packs from my last Pill Club shipment, so I didn't open it and assumed I had been given the correct birth control (obviously a mistake on my part). I open it a few weeks later, and it's a totally different pill. It wasn't even a different brand of the same pill that I have been on for OVER FOUR YEARS. No, it was a mini pill. Despite the fact that I have a prescription from my PCP for, and have only ever used, a combo pill. I plan to dispute whatever they charged my insurance with my insurance company so I can get my CORRECT prescription elsewhere. All of the reviews I have seen show that this is not a company to trust, which has made me even more upset. I thankfully still have pill packs from my previous Pill Club order, but I'm seeing that many customers are not as lucky and have been waiting absurd amounts of time for their birth control AND for correspondence from the company because they aren't timely in their replies at all. At a time when reproductive rights are being challenged constantly, I would expect so much better from a company that is supposed to make reproductive health care easier and more accessible. They are directly messing with people's health and it is unacceptable. They should not be in operation.

My first one star review was removed so I'm adding another because this is THE WORST COMPANY ON EARTH. Like others, I was a Simple Health customer. I never had any issues with them in over a year. It's been four months and I still don't have my pills. I don't care that they're overwhelmed, filling prescriptions is QUITE LITERALLY their only job. I was FINALLY told it would ship on August 2, (this refill request was in April, btw)... it's now August 10th and IT STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. DO. NOT. BOTHER.

DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY! I was originally from Simple Health and everyone there was delightful and I never had an issue. Simple Health then transitioned over to Twenty Eight Health. I thought they'd be equally as good with how great the customer service was at Simple Health. I was completely wrong! Since day one, my online "dr" just decided to randomly prescribe me a birth control I'm not used to. I requested a different kind of birth control and granted, she asked to try to give the current birth control a bit more time. I told her it's been more than a few months for my body to adjust to it and asked for a different kind. She obliged so I thought ok great, she's responsive. I tried it out for more than a few months but that birth control didn't agree with me either. I requested a different kind and asked if I could by chance change my delivery date to a bit sooner because the current birth control was causing heavy bleeding and it was nonstop. I tried reaching out on more than multiple occasions by spacing out when I messaged her by emailing once a week. She basically ghosted me and I had to resort to messaging multiple times a day. I probably got one single response in a month and a half span and finally got a short reply from most likely an automated email. Thankfully there was a girl at the immediate care that recommended I try going to CVS because they do walk ins and can prescribe you a month supply without a doctor visit. If it wasn't for my local CVS I would've been screwed by going without any birth control until Twenty Eight Health conveniently tried to message me when they felt like it. They also claim they'll put your account on pause if you don't pay your copay. My card was updated since I switched over and they kept sending me emails if I don't pay they'll have to delay shipping my birth control when I did everything on my end accurately. Do not ever trust this company. They'll string you along and it's like you're talking to a wall. I hope this helps someone. This was my complete experience and I hope I saved someone from making the same mistake I did.

Came over from Simple Health and still haven’t gotten any pills! You can’t talk to anyone even though they say they have live chat. You may eventually get a response but it will be days later and very vague! No response on email or text and you can’t leave a voicemail or speak to anyone over the phone. Scam company! Guess I need to find a new company! Run from this one!
