This company is a lifesaver. They made everything easy and seamless.

Would like to give 0 stars.. worst company ever! I was transferred from simple health with no correspondence that this had happened. When I logged in to my account it was now twentyeight health. I’ve tried contacting them for 4 months by email, call, text, with not 1 response. Then I contacted to cancel and, imagine that, finally got a response. Then they asked why I want to cancel and came back after my reply saying it was my fault, I had already cancelled and that’s why they never responded. What?! … TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCAM!

Complete and total medical negligence. Sent out incorrect medication- negative side effects. Customer service just stops responding- no one cares. I received Mili instead of Yaz. My insurance only covers 1 pack of birth control per month. The correct pack should have been sent out free of charge. It was ran through insurance and insurance denied it since it was too early. I have been hospitalized for anemia since I’ve been bleeding everyday on Mili. I told customer service that I was anemic and needed the correct medication ASAP and that I was bleeding every day. No one cares. I have been contacting customer service for 10+ days now and everyone is ignoring me. This is absolutely ridiculous. How you can get away with sending out a medication a doctor did not prescribe is beyond me. Now I am sick, out of work, and have hospital bills piling up due to 28Health’s negligence.

They were fast at responding and they answered all questions and was willing to fill my scripts my way not theirs. I really have nothing negative to say about this company

I'm so grateful I stumbled upon 28 Health, this is how healthcare should be and I so wish other medical services were like this. Before I even registered for an account, someone answered my questions (and promptly!); I don't have an OB/GYN or other known resources for female reproductive health, it was much appreciated. The registration process was painless, I assumed since I had insurance there would likely be an issue with my order or not be covered but order was processed just fine and free of charge (hormonal birth control). They've reached out since my order, asking if I need anything else, etc. I've just had an overall great experience and am impressed! I love the medication choices they have too. I sincerely wish medical service/medication was more accessible like this. Thank you!

When Twentyeight Health acquired my previous online pharmacy (SimpleHealth) I had a lot of issues making sure my rx was filled as normal without delay. No acquisition is seamless, but the live chat feature REALLY helped to smooth over my concerns/frustrations/fears. I don't usually leave reviews, but Kelsey with customer service has helped me quite a few times and it has been a GREAT experience. She is super timely, communicative, and supportive! She has definitely helped my experience with Twentyeight Health be so pleasant!

I don't usually give reviews, but the service here was so atrocious that I felt compelled to do so. If I could give this a 0, I would. I have been trying to get my birth control prescription refilled for almost a week. I reached out via text (no response) and via email and received a response within several days. I spoke to Ana via email, explained the situation, and received some information about my insurance not pushing through, etc. I asked her to transfer my prescription to a nearby pharmacy so that I can deal with it there. No response so I had to follow up. This same person responded under the same thread asking me what I needed help with as if I hadn't been reaching out to her over the last few days. Went around in circles, days went by with no response. I reached out again via text asking to speak to someone else because Ana was so extremely unhelpful. A person named Angelique responded being only slightly more helpful only to find that the pharmacy I requested couldn't fill my prescription because it was transferred and filled elsewhere. No information provided. Angelique said to reach out to my insurance to see who billed it. Reached out to insurance then to the dispensing pharmacy only to be told that it was TwentyEight Health who filled it. How would they not know it was them? They are so irresponsible and extremely unprofessional. The customer service is so poor and scams you into spending money so you can get your birth control through them. When I asked to transfer my prescription, they said that through "Twentyeight Health, you are actively supporting our mission to ensure every woman has affordable and convenient access to sexual and reproductive health." So where's the convenience? And the affordability through that self-pay plan? This company is a scam. Do NOT, do NOT, do NOT trust this.
