Ordered the Wellness Kit of prescription medications through a TV ad. They immediately charged my credit card the full amount, then the website instructed me to fill out their forms before they would ship the product. I kept getting notifications that the forms had not been filled out, gave me a person to contact by Email and still did not ship the product. I therefore decided I no longer wanted the product and wanted a refund. According to them because I had filled out the Medical part, no refund was available I would have had to decline the medical in order to get the refund. I then contacted my credit card company and stop payment. I then contacted the Federal Trade Commission setting up a buyer beware. I contacted the BBB who of course sited with the Wellness Company. I finally got my refund today after a month of writing and complaining. In the end their commercial is very misleading to the public, it sounds Easy Peezy but is not.

I am a new clent to The Wellness Company and my experience with both the responsiveness and support of their customer service, their products, and affiliated doctors has been excellent.

I made a simple order on TWC's website, paid $255, and received nothing but a receipt. After 4 days, I was contacted by a 3rd party doctor in a manner that made me very uncomfortable, on the weekend, and TWC was nonresponsive. I asked for a refund and was informed they would keep $50 as a penalty rather than reverse the order. After 12 days they refuse to actually cancel the order because I will not agree to paying them a penalty. These guys will do anything for $50 and it is very shady given that they take your money and then do... NOTHING! Then treat you like a problem customer when you ask for support and then a refund.

I initially ordered two kits, but after receiving the first kit I realized it was sufficient for my wife's and my needs. I contacted the Wellness company to cancel the second kit. They got back to me within 2 days , canceled the second kit, after a $50 cancelation fee which was reasonable. They have credited my account for the balance. I am happy with the product and the service.

I made my second purchase with the Wellness Company!! I ordered the travel package of the 7 meds!! Last year we had a horrible vacation in Spain and ended up in the hospital! The hospital results came up with just a virus. This kit will resolve that issue on our next trip! From order to delivery took 3 weeks.

Don't waste your time or money. Went through their website & scheduled a consult w/one of their NP to request Ivermectin. She wrote the script but failed to mention that you can simply go to their website & order directly. Why isn't this more transparent and stated while scheduling a consult and even after specifying what the consult is for?! Additionally, once I determined that local pharmacies would not fill a script written by a NP nor one that wasn't for compounded Ivermectin, she essentially said I should just go into see a doctor. Not impressed with their customer service nor this particular NP, Nycole Cox. They got paid and they don't care whether they resolved anything for you or not. First and last time I go this route.

I’ve been a member since January 2026 and find that TWC is a great adjunct to my healthcare management. Their products are top shelf and customer service responds in a timely manner. I’m enrolled in their wellness care program and so far very impressed with my care coordinator. I’m looking forward to a long relationship with The Wellness Company in my healthcare journey!
