On 2 occasions I almost choked to death from taking Recharge. The tablets are rough and get stuck in the throat. I contacted TWC to tell them of my experience and suggested they "rethink" the way the pill is mfg. to save from severe headaches for TWC in the future. This pill is very easy to get choked on since it is rough and has a tendency to "stick" in the throat rather than pass on down. Drink water BEFORE taking or take with apple sauce or something wet and soft to get it to slide on down. Take 1 at a time! The pill has positive results but taking it is another question! What good is it going to do your body if you end up dead!?!

I think this is a great company but they have some things to work out. I ordered a product and got the first order. Then I recieved nothing for months. I then noted that I was being charged every month the $348 charge. Come to find out I had to reply to a medical questionnaire form but they gave me no indication that I needed to do it and it was going to my spam. They resolved it promptly and politely but the system needs to get better. I have no doubt they will improve as they are committed to a better health care system.

I didn't like the lack of communication. I placed my order early April and suddenly realized, late May, that I had not received it, but was charged instantly upon placing order. I called and was told I needed to fill out a patient form and speak/email with a doctor. But No one had ever told me. Then I was told it would ship in 3 weeks, making it over a month to get product... What? Communications weren't good. But recently it was great. I think the kinks need some working out, for sure.

The most important thing to know is that they will not auto-populate the field that asks you for your discount code ... this is true even when you first entered the site using a URL that literally contained the discount code within it. For example: I entered via twc.health slash files with the 10% discount code being "FILES". I went through the whole process a few days ago, and was left wondering where my refund was, at the end. I then had to call in to ask for the refund, which I think will be granted, but I'm still on the phone with them right now waiting for it. The phone call has been 49 minutes and 12 seconds so far as I write this. ... which is a long time to spend on the phone for just a $33 savings ... So just remember to manually check every step in the process for input bars where you could possibly type the word FILES, before you complete your checkout. Then you won't have to spend 49 minutes on the phone. I write this as I remain on hold, for the refund to be processed. This is very "Mid" as the kids say ... so I gave the experience a 3.

After much peptide research was going to order TWC Regenerate for joint issues. Checking online their very own product was $70 more than a vendor selling the same product. Ordered from vendor, had a short but ok expiration date . Problem is you would think under ‘instructions’ on the box and on the bottle the first thing would be ‘shake well’. Well, it’s not written anywhere you would think, and after a week’s use, noticed way down at the bottom of the bottle ONLY under ‘warnings’ it states shake well. That’s it. Needs to be put on the box and prominently on the bottle.

I placed my first order on 4/8/26. It is now 5/5/26 and I have no solid information on a shipping to date. I already received the information that my renewal Rx was being processed and I haven't even received the first Rx yet. I email customer service and when they decide to answer me, they tell me it takes 2-3 weeks, well we are now on week 4. This is very poor service. They tell you they are sorry and offer you a coupon, but they don't offer any real answers. I am very disappointed. I could have used several other providers but came here. I am now sorry I did and I am ready to cancel everything.

My order was coming out of Canada and went to United States. I was able to track it there. The e-mail is was able to track it on just disabled or just shut down. So now I don't know where my order 10370 went.

Placed an order on April 8th and charged on April 10th. Still waiting for a notice of shipment almost a month later. The last correspondence said 7-14 days delivery. Bad, but something I could deal with…..this ridiculous. I should have read reviews before ordering.
