The Wellness Company is second to none. Their product of mebendazole + ivermectin helped me beat Stage 3C nodular melanoma. Their customer service is quick to answer, very courteous, and highly professional. Not sure if I ever need to use anyone else for my health care needs. Thank you for piece of mind!

I've written a review and will continue to do so until this wrong is made right. Dr Drew, I already lost all respect I once had for you & now I see you are "The Chief Patient Officer", I'm really pissed off. You make me sick. If that's your title, then you are fully aware of of your company policies. I've been DENIED POSSIBLE LIFE SAVING MEDICINE, as I have lung cancer. By someone whom I trust & it helped her tremendously IVERMECTIN AND (other med begins with an M my husband and I don't have much but we're ready to pay TWC almost $600.00 for 90 tablets & my husband was willing to work double shifts @ 63yr old to continue to order if needed. BUT because of our financial choice to not have credit card debt TWC REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO ORDER. I HUMILIATED MYSELF BEGGING PLEASE, OUR BANK ACCOUNT DEBIT CARD COLD HARD CASH, OUR SAFE COLD HARD CASH. I BEGGED, "PLEASE I'LL GIVE OUR CHECK ROUTING NUMBER, I'LL SEND A CHECK, A CASHIER'S CHECK PLEASE I DON'T WANT TO DIE." "So soddy maum credit or pee-pol" YOU MEAN PAYPAL? You really should save the people who don't speak English FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH. You disgust me. I'll never again trust a word that comes out of your mouth DREW, and the other old woman & man? Don't know 'em don't trust 'em. But I did past tense trust you. Silly me. I'll post this every day until your greedy SHAME ON YOU SELVES DO SOMETHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT

I cancelled my order 15 minutes after I placed it and they kept $50.00 of it to as they said to pay the execs for their time! Disgusting

Personally, I’m an open minded individual & generally feel like I’m pretty intuitive. But sometimes I cannot be, but I honestly entrust “The Wellness Company” and its goal of direction to which I believe is to better the well-being of Human Life. Plus, seeing Dr. Drew Pinsky endorse/on their commercial sealed the deal more. Thank You for Existing.

I'm relieved to know that if an emergency happens and we are unable to get to a hospital or clinic, we will have crucial medications on hand. Customer service is great.

Please use caution when ordering from The Wellness Company. I enrolled in a subscription for their DROP product, which I later cancelled after it did not work for me. Despite cancelling, I received an additional shipment in February, which I returned with a written request for a refund. I later learned from my credit card company that no refund had been issued. On April 17, I received another order confirmation for products I did not authorize. I immediately contacted the company by phone and explained the situation. After a lengthy discussion, I was told both the subscription and the order were cancelled, and I received email confirmations reflecting this. However, on April 21, I received another package. I did not open it and contacted the company again to request a return. I was told they would not provide a return address and that their policy does not allow returns once items have shipped. As a result, my credit card has been charged $399.99 for products I did not authorize and will not use. I have since filed disputes with my credit card company and will be submitting formal complaints to the Federal Trade Commission and my state Attorney General’s office. If you are considering a recurring subscription, I strongly recommend reviewing the terms carefully and monitoring any charges closely.

To date, I have ordered 2 products from the Wellness Company-Drop & Tirzepatide. Both for weight loss. However, I come to fine out after spending several thousand of dollars that Drop is NOT for weight loss, but for weight control! Big difference. That is not what they originally advertised. When I signed up for Tirzepatide & asked numerous questions about the product as I informed them that DROP DID NOT WORK for me...this is when I was informed about Drop. But, Tirzepatide is on the line GLP for weight loss. I was told that I had to complete their medical information forms & was told that a doctor would contact me after reviewing them. NEVER heard from a doctor, but the product was shipped to me. I called customer service who said -"well if you want to schedule a call with a doctor you can"? She told me that a doctor did review my medical forms & approved the release of Tirzepatide, even through their information states that a Doctor spoke with me?? The second issue was the agent on the phone didn't apply a discount code of "Trim" to my first order so she instructed me to call prior to my 2nd order & explain what happened & they could apply the discount code then. I called prior to the next shipment & had a hassle with customer service & requested they have a manager contact me. They did. However, I told them that their customer service agents do NOT provide accurate detailed information. I am disappointed with the company as I admire Dr. McCullough & was the reason I decided to use their products.

The ordering process has been great. The consultation with the Dr was convenient. I have had a little trouble getting started with the patient portal but the CS has been responsive. Overall an excellent experience.
