I appreciate their approach to health and wellness very much! Their membership fees (three different levels to choose from) are very reasonable, and they give you the option to make a telehealth appointment with a doctor or nurse practitioner who works with them - and you get a 15% discount on all their products. I had a problem having the discount applied on a recent order, and their customer service was very prompt and attentive. Good company IMO.

Absolutely HORRIBLE scam company. Never received the product order. The customer ‘service’ department is an ENDLESS loop of AI generated replies designed to make you give up on any dispute. The only resolution came by canceling the payment and reporting the company as a fraudulent charge. Buyer beware!!!!

The customer service team has always provided excellent service. They are knowledgeable and courteous. I am a subscriber and have had issues with getting my order shipped ahead of schedule however, the customer service team has always worked to correct the situation. It is very much appreciated.

I’ve been using their ivermectin/mebendozole. The initial ordering process was pretty straightforward and easy. The communication needs to improve a little bit as I waited for my current order and didn’t realize right away that I needs to schedule consult with the doctor that did my Rx before they shipped my order. Overall they’ve been great.

HORRIBLE. I tried to order Ivermectin and an emergency kit. Cost almost $800. I waited for more than a month and they still never shipped anything or contacted me. I made multiple attempts to find out what was going on. After more than a month with no answer, I said REFUND my order. They told me they would but wanted to take $50.00 as a processing fee. Horrible company. I ordered the same thing from JASE and it came in a few days.
