I had a subscription for a pain relief formula, and based on my doctor's advice, some of the ingredients had potential side effects based on the meds I take. I had just received a new bottle, didn't open it, and requested a refund when they received my return. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE BACK THE UNOPENED, SEALED BOTTLE, claiming their return policy, under no circumstance allows a product to be returned. That's totally ridiculous. I could understand if the bottle had been opened, but this was still sealed, and unopened. I will never do business with them again, and would suggest you don't either.

Ya'll are fast with replies from support. I ordered 3 Wellness emergency kits for 3 different family members. Received all 3 within days of each other. Support stayed with me thru emails letting me know when they shipped and arrived. Awesome job people. Thank you.
