First, it took over TWO MONTHS to receive my order. I said from the very first email that it needed to be shipped any method except via usps because if it was, it would 100% absolutely positively be returned to them undeliverable. That's a fact. They simply needed to tell the warehouse that information and how it needs to be sent. That's it. No big deal. I order online very often from many different companies and it's never been an issue. Not once. But TWC customer service refused, REFUSED to even try that. Refused. From the start, I said if a specific shipping method can't be guaranteed, (or in my situation, it can be shipped any method except USPS), cancel my order and give me a refund. Simple. They were so lax in responding to emails that they later said they don't give refunds. After 1.5 months, I finally told them I've contacted my attorney so they'll be hearing from them. It was only then that TWC said they were finally getting to my order and would figure out a way to ship it to me, as I was "such a valued customer", and as if they were doing me some big huge favor. It was ridiculous. I just wanted them to do their job! That's it. My order was well over $600 so it was a big deal for me. So, I finally received my order, two months later. My symptoms had changed so I wanted to call them to confirm how I should be taking what I bought, BUT I can't get a hold of them. I have called them at least 20 times and not once have I gotten through to anybody. So now it's been over 3 months and I have a $600+++ item just sitting there. It's sad that doctors like Dr. McCullough and Dr Pinsky who I respect and value their opinions are surrounded by people that are or HAVE ALREADY turned their names into dirt. If I call a doctor's office and I'm not treated well by the front desk, I immediately choose not to make an appt with that doctor no matter how good they are. And that's what's happening here. Me and countless others, will never use TWC again. Ever. And that's sad. I respect their expertise and the items they are selling. That said, the items are FAR FAR too overpriced and expensive. Ridiculously so. But I was desperate enough to pay that amount so I could try it. Never again. Ever. Again, it's sad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! IT'S SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT!!!

TWC refused to ship my medical kit until I spoke with one of their providers. The provider called once, but the number was marked as spam. Since then, I’ve called customer service repeatedly—no one answers. I’ve also emailed several times with no response. They’ve taken my payment, refused to deliver my order, and won’t issue a refund. This company is completely unresponsive and unethical. They took my money and provided nothing in return. Do not trust TWC.

The Wellness Company is a great place to get premium supplements that are ahead of the game when it comes to over all health and wellness. So far everything I have purchased from here has met my expectations. I really like my Emergency Medical Kit and my Spike Protein Detox. Products arrived on time and as advertised. Very satisfied with my experiences and I highly recommend others to check out TWC.

What horrible customer service....horrendous! Was hoodwinked in the purchase of an extra product just by calling at its ad; cancelled 10 minutes later via email; 14 hours later they say that order cannot be cancelled, in progress and, by the way, I subscribed to AUTO ship. DID NOT! Just terrible. Horrible, unprofessional, stupid customer service rep. STAY AWAY from this company.

I usually do not take time to write reviews but this company made me break that rule. The Wellness company and their products are a complete scam! Do not purchase anything from them! Customer service is rude, products are an absolute joke! There are so many other places to get better quality. I made the mistake thinking it must be better than its competitors and I was wrong. Refunds on any product come with a 50%fee, and I never even received the second product and was still charged 50% for something I never received. It’s a horrible experience, don’t make my mistake!

I had a great experience with TWC. Customer service kept me informed of my order progress. My health session was fast, thorough and the doctor was very professional.

The wellness company is a great option for affordable telehealth. Several of their supplements are mainstays on my shelf. Some orders can take a while, but I still highly recommend this service. This is an especially appealing service for anyone who is uninsured or underinsured.
