The Wellness CompanyReviews of twc.health

Products are good, pricing is competitive. Appreciated the Warrior membership for being a veteran. Communication with TWC has been consistent. They have been patient and concise with me. Have purchased the Wellness kit, Bison Trifecta and DROP products. Will continue to purchase from them.

I cancelled my order as after I placed the order they sent me an email that wanted all my personal health history and I’m not going to give up that information. I asked them to credit me back as I’m not completing this information! They won’t credit me back and are saying that I accepted an “in store credit”! I tried calling their number and it just rings, nobody answers their business number! Buyer beware! They aren’t who they claim to be and I wonder if Dr Drew knows he’s promoting this company?!! Update: After numerous unanswered phone calls, I finally got in touch with a live person and I was credited back my money. This took several days of emails and many unanswered phone calls!

I cant believe I’m leaving a review - however, if it can save another person money, time, and worry - it’s worth it. No fluff - just facts. TWC Charged me for 2 - Emergency Medical kits ( over $1000.00 taken from my account) in July 2025 - TWC NEVER SENT THEM and THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME or RESPOND TO ME despite several emails and calls up until today (4 months later). They are stealing money (and hope for better health) from all of us with zero concern for our well-being. The Wellness Company is using fear around our failing healthcare system to exploit us for huge amounts of money. Shame on anyone involved in this dangerous organization. If there is a scrap of humanity left in anyone with The Wellness Company they will ensure all of their customers are cared for and refunded. Please…The Wellness Company… do the right thing for the people who trusted you.

TWC customer service was helpful and responsive to all requests and questions I had. Also, just a heads up, certain medications or products you may order, e.g., Ivermectin + Mebendazole, require a follow up meeting with a doctor for the order to be processed successfully. Be aware of that in advance.

I have always received everything I ordered exactly as ordered and in a very reasonable amount of time. I personally am one of those people who like to try a product before making a commitment to subscribe. Everytime I have contacted TWC, I receive a response and any changes or issues were pleasantly resolved. As many people are struggling to make ends I am limited to a budget but if we're able I would love to try other products they have. I believe they are a good company and I'm always watching to see what is available as I am trying to get away from endless prescriptions. Keep up the good work.

This company is a scam over 5 weeks no medical kit no refund do not buy anything from the folks At The Wellness Company. Absolutely the worst company on the planet there are other companies that provide these services and respect their customers. So after we hit almost 6 weeks I agreed to get a refund they offered me a refund but then they responded only if I agreed to let them extort $50 from it of course there was no mention of that in the initial offer for a “Full Refund”. I refused to accept losing one cent and responded with a threat of a class action suit from my daughter an attorney in NY for the 100’s if not 1,000’s of people they pull this b.s. on. Suddenly I got a full refund of every cent. If TWC needs more information they can look at dozen or so e- mails from me and the ignorant responses from their useless representatives. Placed my order in May and it never arrived. Called the wellness company 3x’s and was and talked to no American people that were difficult to understand and communicate with for a combined time of 2-1/2 hours and told they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours by phone or email but never did. Went to the post officebecause I received a notice that the package was damaged and told the Well ess company this. Called my credit card to dispute the charges. Charged were taken off then reapplied because Wellness company said I received my package. Went back to the post office and got the proof that the package never made it further than Ft Lauderdale. I live in Phoenix. Had to fax all proof to credit card and they finally gave me back my $500. What a pain in the ass. Wellness company sucks. Run from these people. It is now October. It took 5 MONTHS to fix this. i refer to them as the SICKNESS COMPANY. They never apologized or ever reached out. I hate them.

I've been ordering ivermectin+ mebendazole from this company for over three months now and didn't have any problems with the company. I have great results from my lab work and pet scan. This thing really works The staff are awesome and helped me with all of my concerns. I highly recommend TWC to everyone.
