I ordered the Drops for weight loss that reports it’s a GLP-1 product. I took the tirzepatide shots and lost 60 pounds so I know how a GLP-1 is supposed to work. This is not even close. I contacted the company after I received the second shipment. I read on the website you could return at the company’s discretion. I have not even opened the package at all so it should not be a matter of patient safety. The person I spoke to said their policy is no returns. The manager is supposed to contact me in 2 business days by email. If they do not refund the money minus the 15% restocking fee which to me is a bit extreme since all they have to do is check it in a place it back in stock. Also I have to pay for shipping. This is $600 I’m talking about. I hope they will be better at customer service than they are at the product claims.

Total scam of a company. I ordered twice. The first an emergency kit and the second melt. The provider for the emergency kit called me when I specifically said I wasn't available and never provided a way to call back. Magically, they said they didn't need the call anymore and my items would ship. They never shipped. Nearly 6 weeks and multiple emails later, they say first that it'll be shipping soon and then a couple weeks later that I didn't complete my intake forms. I did on day 1. Regarding the Melt, I had an appointment with the service provider and he said it would ship out in a week. It's also been 5 weeks and complete radio silence. This company is either a major scam or has the worse operational skills of any company I've worked with. I want my money back on both orders. The company was provided full details of my orders as requested in my review and did nothing to respond. They did submit incorrect data to my credit card company about "proof of delivery" so my credit card rebilled me. I had to then appeal the charges again. This company is ruthlessly bad at customer service, won't do the right thing ever, will actively try to do the wrong thing and will never follow up on any promise they make you.

ordered ivermectin on 10/15 $299 called to check order 10/24 not shipped canceled order and told them to give me a refund was refunded only $249, (took my $50, what a joke) called the BBB of florida and reported them as a scam canceled the charge with my Credit card company. Avoid this scam company

I ordered Melt almost two months ago on 9/4/25. I spoke with their PA and was approved for the prescription. Since then, I've contacted the email support multiple times and get the runaround. Sorry for the delay. The order is being processed and can't be refunded. The customer service phone number does not answer - just rings and rings. Unfortunately, TWC seems to only randomly send out orders, the others don't get sent and they keep the money. Too bad, the company has become a scam. I heard there is a class action lawsuit against them which I will look into joining. UPDATE: Finally received the product a week after writing this review. The prescription directions on how to take the product (a sticker type label) was placed on the outside of the box. It was then entirely covered by the shipping label. When I tried to peel back the shipping label to see the prescription directions, of course it ripped. It's not readable. Why would you put someone's personal prescription information on the outside of the box? Would you not put the directions inside the box with the item? I gave them one more star for sending this $250 mint breath spray called MELT. I have not seen a difference in appetite when using the spray. Save your money.

I order many different vitamins from TWC and although a little expensive - I guess you get what you pay for. I would like to see some of the vitamins in larger quantities, 60, 90, 120 so I don't have to order the 30 day supplements.

Their business model is smart. If they could only deliver the product to customers. I wish I could rate their products but I can't seem to get any orders fulfilled. Their customer services runs you around in circles with back and forth emails of requests for more information and never answers your question. In two-day cycles. Their virtual chat never has a live agent available. I will say the nurse I talked to was nice and responsive but she shouldn't have to field where's my order questions or refunds because customer service is incompetent. Don't waste your time doing business with this company.

what went wrong this time ?it,s not this time it happened before.we placed and order and paid for it , which we never received in January 2025.after 4 months we were still without knowing what was happening, finally they gave us a voucher , will not refund the money, we reorder and same thing happened , package never arrived so , we could not get the money back so we decided to change the order as by this time we got the goods we wanted in the first place through another company without problems.So they send us a new package which never arrived again 3 times , gone no news , we checked . track and did all sort , but nothing in the mean time after many mails to TWC , nothing is happening just oleas could you try this or that but nothing , this time we told them no more delay no more time wasting ,please refund the money we don't want to deal with you it´s been 10 month , yes you red well 10 months´, pleas send the money back , but still at the time of writing nothing has been done , customer service is trying to bite his own tale. they should be banned for working with reputable company like pay Pal and others.Its just crazy how their customer service is a complete joke .I have about 20 mails since I started do deal with them they hold 290 dollars of our money, and I am writing this to let some steam come out .thank you for reading me .

TWC customer service is a total train wreck. You can’t reach anyone by phone as it rings endlessly without even a recording that answers. When you email it takes a day or two to get a response. With my first $500 order of DROPS, I waited more than a week and what arrived was a jar of appetite suppressant capsules. The response email was that the real product I ordered would be on its way soon. I asked for shipping to be expedited since it was their fault that they sent the wrong product and I had carefully scheduled and prepared to start this program in my daily routine. Nope, no can do. Snail mail only. Again, waited over a week. So basically another two weeks had gone by since I first ordered DROPS and was able to begin following a cleanse. It was mildly successful so I thought I’d try another bottle. I refrigerated the new bottle till the old one was depleted. Upon shaking it and opening it, I found the product to be thick, goopy and milky white. When I took it I nearly choked. Tasted like liquid mold. I have contacted TWC by email and they gave me the regular “check our return policy” reply. I’m not asking to return it so you can sell it to somebody else. I was hoping that as a “medical” company you would want the product back for testing and to check the lot number to see how many other bottles might be involved. And yes, I would like a replacement since I have $500 invested. Or refund my $500. Nope. In short, I’m surprised Dr. Drew shills for these folks because everything about this company smells of a racket rather than a medical enterprise. I really should have known but I didn’t have much weight to lose and didn’t want to consider a powerful injection. So I fell for the ad. Retatrutide, the active ingredient in DROPS has not completed its FDA testing so this must be some diluted version of it. Save your money and do it the old-fashioned way. Don’t fall for those ads. UPDATE: I once again provided them with the requested info…order #, pictures, etc. Nothing. Every couple of days I hear from a different customer service person which I suppose is part of their strategy to get you to go away. There is no such thing as a supervisor. You would think a “medical” company would want the bad bottle back for testing for safety reasons, but I guess not. I guess I’ll have to settle for them having my $534 and me having a bottle of liquid mold in my refrigerator. BEWARE.
