Great service, Topper was softer than what i thought, but worked out great!

I bought a new stearns foster firm top mattress. Thought I would eventually settle into it for good nights sleep. Just did not happen. Friend suggested a Matress topper. I researched online. Read reviews ect Decided to go with Turmerry soft topper being also an organic cooler latex topper. And I still can’t believe the difference and also for the price for a king size. Highly highly recommend this topper from an American made family owned company.

I received my mattress pad in a timely manner and am well pleased. It is lightweight so rolls up easily and is very comfortable. I purchased it to use in an RV and am well satisfied.I also like the fact that it is made with materials that are non toxic. I would recommend this product.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Turmerry policy on shipping and returns is purposefully deceiving. I was informed THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING. Turmerry will not compromise on this regardless of stated policy on their website of "free shipping AND exchange". They appear to defend themselves at all cost and have little regard for the consumer, needless to say, I will never order from them again.

Ordered organic mattress topper & organic cotton mattress protector. Great, comfortable products with no odor! Exactly what we were looking for & will work great in college dorm.

Beware of Turmerrys customer service! I recently posted a one star review of my really bad experience with their customer service - and I did try to resolve it with them before posting the review unsuccessfully. Turmerry replied by diminishing my experience and again denying any responsibilitu. Just to clarify : 1 I did shop extensively for a cheapest way to send back the very heavy buckwheat pillow $ 43.00 was the cheapest I found 2.I re-read again their return policy on their website right now -it DOES NOT state on the return page that returns are on you Instead of reaching out to me to resolve the issue -and my last email to them re: this went unanswered - they are trying to discredit or diminish my experience There is no transparency in the way they describe returns I stand by my opinion of Turmerry and their customer service Thank you! I was unable to get the topper I ordered b/c of shipping issues.(no fault of the company - stuff happens) so I canceled my order. But the customer service and quick responses to questions made this a standout experience. My next step may be to not order the topper but a new mattress

I made a huge mistake purchasing their latex mattress. They give you 60 days to try it out "risk-free" but what they fail to tell you is that you are actually taking substantial risk because YOU have to pay to ship it back if it doesn't work out. The mattress was way too firm for me and caused many sleepless nights so I had to return it. Not only is it physically exhausting getting the mattress layers back into boxes, but I had to pay over $300 to ship it back. And good luck trying to talk to a live person on their end. This experience was an absolute nightmare.
