Terrible customer service. Will not let me return the mattress cover and I never even got to use it. It is clean and unused. Just to hard. They will not even respond to my requests for return. Revised - After threatening them through Paypal they finally refunded me my money and asked me to donate the cover to charity. Thank you but it should not have taken all this effort to get a return that was clearly posted on the web site.

I was having a hard time on the website as an advertised coupon code was not working properly. The customer support team member Jeff cleared everything up and got my coupon code to work and I was able to check out successfully! I placed an order and needed expedited shipping. Despite it being only 7am ET, I was able to connect via chat with Jeff who worked with me to get my order FedEx'd for a very low cost. Definitely a nicer experience than big sites, and I felt I had his full attention. Will definitely shop at Turmerry again.

Topper was too firm for my taste. Customer service was lacking even though website states free returns you are responsible for shipping. I only made purchase due to that. Look to others that really offer free returns there are a couple that do.

I ordered the copper and silver infused face mask and am very happy with them. The fit well and are made well, they don't suck into your mouth when you take a breath, they don't smell funny and are soft and breathable. I will definitely order more if this pandemic continues on.
