I ordered a 3" King size Soft Topper. The shipping was fast, I received it within 3 days of ordering (I am in Florida). Opened it, there was no odor and it snapped into shape immediately, just as I'd expect from quality, organic latex. I've been sleeping on it for 3 1/2 weeks and so far, it's been great!

I ordered a set of masks. 2 sets were shipped at different times & 2 charges went thru. The masks were horrible and both sets returned. Turmerry would only give 1 refund. I sent them a pic of the charge card statement showing 2 charges. They said it was just a notation. That it was impossible for them to double charge. HARD NO It is impossible for me to ever order anything again. BTW Capital One refunded the $22.95. But why should they have to eat someone else's dishonesty.

I ordered two mattresses, frustrated because there is absolutely no way to track or get any customer service to find out when they will arrive. So far after a weeks time only one of the two has shown up with zero info on when or if the second one will come. They expect blind faith in their company. Also they want you to download an app called “Shop” which they say will provide tracking, it doesn’t, but it does ask for all your data and credit card numbers. They should take a lesson from every other company and provide free tracking. The one mattress was fine, crossing my fingers the other one shows up. I don’t recommend this company.
