I bought 2 of their shredded latex pillows in December for our guest rooms. They are kind of small and don't have a lot of stuffing in them. The stuffing is shredded latex that has been cut into different sized pieces, most of which are quite small. So they feel soft and not too supportive. But pillows are such a personal thing and they would work for people who don't want a firm pillow. Turmerry decided to refund my money even though the 120 days had passed for which I am grateful. I am hoping to try one of their other types of pillows in the near future.

The products are top notch! But order fulfillment not quite so hot. I have made two orders in the last few months and both were incorrect. One wasn't obvious until after I'd unpacked and trying to stuff a mattress topper that had been vacuum packed back into it's packaging without the right tools wasn't going to happen. In both cases, customer service didn't seem too bothered, stuff happens after all. So DO NOT order stuff with the expectation that you'll actually get to use it right away. Also not impressed with having to leave info about my sleep habits to leave a review on a product on their site. Invasive.

I'm not sure if I see any change in my old quality mattrass since I purchased the medium cover. I will not blame it on the product. The Company was good at discounting the cover because of postal issues.

While hopefully this company is just overwhelmed with success, we have a growing concern, as we have heard nothing in two weeks since placing our order. The payment on the other hand was swiftly processed. So we now have the money gone and just so much hype about same day shipment.

I ordered two mattresses, frustrated because there is absolutely no way to track or get any customer service to find out when they will arrive. So far after a weeks time only one of the two has shown up with zero info on when or if the second one will come. They expect blind faith in their company. Also they want you to download an app called “Shop” which they say will provide tracking, it doesn’t, but it does ask for all your data and credit card numbers. They should take a lesson from every other company and provide free tracking. The one mattress was fine, crossing my fingers the other one shows up. I don’t recommend this company.
