Easy ordering process and fast delivery. Mattress topper is perfect firmness upgrade to our old mattress.

I ordered an organic cotton mattress topper from Turmerry. I was very pleased with my purchase. The topper was of excellent quality. My order was shipped quickly and was packaged very nicely. I am looking forward to using my mattress topper during the cooler months and I believe it will protect my mattress while keeping me warm. I love knowing that the topper is organic cotton and healthy for the environment and myself.

States the products made in USA but were made in Paraguay. Shame on you.

This place is a scam. Website stated the topper shipped the same day. I received an email at 3am that they were out of stock and requested someone call me. I received an email response stating they received a shipment and expected to ship at the end of that week or beginning of the next week. I emailed them at the end of the following week as I had not received any word and then they told me they were out. Checked my payment method and they had already charged me!! You should not be charged until an item ships! Requested a cancellation and immediate refund and feel lucky that it was processed. BUYER BEWARE

Latex mattress toppers may be a wonderful thing, but be forewarned that they weigh much more than regular foam. The website does not provide this information. We ordered a king size latex topper in May. It finally came mid July. It weighed 55 lbs! Being a small person and a senior, I was unable to lift it. I was too afraid to even unwrap it, for fear I would never get it back in the box. I had to wait 30 days before returning it (their policy, or you are charged $59. in addition to paying for return shipping.) When I went to ship it back it cost $86 because of the weight. I checked all shipping options (UPS, USPS, FedEx). So be smart: ask about the weight of the topper you are ordering before purchasing it!

I ordered masks and honestly don't even mind waiting for them. I looked all over their site for shipping policies or delays. Only found the generic most purchases are delivered within 4-5 business days and if ordered before 3 pm ships same day. Ok cool - click and order. Get my confirmation email and now I wait. Eight business days later I reach out and they say they're out of stock and waiting on a delivery. Ummmm why wasn't this information shared prior to order?! I'm giving them 3 stars because they did respond but dang if I knew that I might not have purchased. Because now they're not responding to my inquiries. Update - I did get my order but it took 5 full weeks to get to me. I don't have a problem waiting but communication is extremely lacking.

This mattress topper saved my back and makes it feel like my crappy old mattress is a new mattress. Do yourself a favor and buy this! Their customer service is fantastic too
