I don’t understand the bad reviews on customer service. They got to my 2 pillow return requests in one day or less and each email had almost immediate responses. They even gave me a full refund on a pillow donation when their policy states I would just receive store credit. Very good customer service and they stood behind their return policy twice. The two latex pillows I got were exactly as described and very good quality latex. They just didn’t work for my neck problems. I would recommend not using the pillow case they come in. It prevents the holes in the pillow from doing the job they’re meant to do with firmer and softer areas. The latex can’t adapt stuffed inside a pillow case that has no stretch to it. Plus the case makes the pillow get super hot, which latex shouldn’t do. The case doesn’t let it breathe AT ALL. Not sure why they choose this material to encase the pillow. It’s soft but it makes the pillow so much worse and actually gets in the way of the latex design. Great pillows. Great customer service. Poor choice of pillow case.

I tried the mattress topper last night with the bamboo cooling sheets and it worked well. Love the mattress topper! In just one night it has made a difference in my sleep. Trying to get my partner to try it out in hopes that he will get one too. He is a bit resistant at the moment, but I will keep working on him. His issues aren't nearly as severe as mine, but I know this mattress topper will help him too. Btw, I was a little concerned about how it might work with an adjustable bed. It worked perfectly. Between the mattress and a little zero gravity setting, the pain relief is absolutely amazing. Between the severe degenerative disks in my neck and lower back, all over nerve pain as related to multiple sclerosis, upper left lung lobe removed due to cancer, osteoarthritis, and age related pain in general, I am absolutely surprised and greatly appreciative of this mattress topper. Last night was my first night with very little pain and discomfort. From my heart, thank you.

Amazing!! Literally the best purchase I’ve ever made!!! I was amazed how fast our mattress topper was delivered! I tried another reputable mattress topper in the past and it did not help with my chronic back pain so it was a big waste of money so I was very skeptical to make this purchase. I spent probably over 10 hours researching what mattress topper I should get and chat gpt helped me decide to choose this one. It was very expensive but not compared to many others that offered the same type. With the 120 night sleep trial and their warranty I decided this was the best company to give a try. I even emailed them because I wasn’t sure I made the right choice with the firm option I chose, but they told me it sounds like I made the right choice and if it doesn’t feel that way I have 120 days to make a return or exchange. They delivered so fast!!! Within just a couple days our mattress topper arrived. I opened it right away and put it on the bed. The next morning I woke up for the first time in like 4 years with zero back and hip pain!!! I was in shock I kept telling my husband omg that was the best sleep I’ve had in a long time! If you experience chronic back pain like I did, I’m telling you this company will not disappoint! It will be the best decision of your life to purchase their products!

I absolutely have loved all of my experiences with this company. I’ve had zero complaints about my products, but what has stood out to me is the outstanding customer service I receive over and over. I’ve reached out to them several times and I am continually met with kindness and grace. I feel this is such a rarity in companies today.
