Scam of a company
Scam of a company. Ordered 6 weeks ago and promised to have it within 2 weeks. They then set a new deadline and missed that. They then set a third deadline and missed that. 6 weeks later, I have no product and just lies.

Only ordered here because of the advertised “FAST” shipping. Four weeks later, it hasn’t shipped and they still don’t even know when it will. If I had been told they were back ordered, I could have ordered where I originally wanted to order from and had my mattresses by now. Terrible communication, shipping is SLOW!! I have been told multiple different times it was shipping and NONE of them have been correct yet. After repeatedly being told it was shipping next week, this week, 9/28, etc., the last response stated we’re sorry… we don’t know if all orders will be filled on 10/5 or not. My ordered should have been received before 10/5, so …

Hi Jen, We’re truly sorry about this experience. The delay was far beyond what you should have experienced, and we also fell short in keeping you properly informed along the way. We understand why you chose to cancel the order, and we apologise for not being able to deliver the experience you expected from us. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. Please be assured that we're actively working on improving both our shipping timelines and communication when delays occur. Sincerely Team Turmerry

⭐ ONE STAR — DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND A DISPUTE PROCESS THAT FOCUSED ON DELIVERY, NOT QUALITY I purchased a Turmerry 7-Zone Organic Latex Mattress Topper based on the quality and appearance shown in the company’s online advertising. What I received did not match what I reasonably expected from those representations. The topper I received had what I consider poor workmanship and visible defects, including tears/gouges, an unfinished and dirty-looking underside, and perforation holes that did not appear to go completely through the latex as expected. What made this experience especially frustrating was what happened when I disputed the purchase. The focus shifted to whether the package had been delivered rather than directly addressing my complaint about the condition, quality, and workmanship of the product that was delivered. Yes, the package was delivered. Delivery was never the issue. The issue was WHAT WAS DELIVERED. A company should not be able to answer a product-quality complaint simply by pointing out that a box arrived at the customer's home. Customers are entitled to raise legitimate concerns when the product they receive appears materially different in quality or condition from what was advertised. I contacted Turmerry about my concerns and sought a refund via Affrim. Instead of receiving what I considered a meaningful resolution of the actual quality and workmanship issues, I was left fighting over the fact of delivery. BUYERS BEWARE: If you receive a Turmerry product that you believe is defective or poorly made, document everything immediately—take photographs, save the online product images, keep your emails, and preserve records of every attempt to contact the company. Do not assume that proving poor quality will automatically result in a refund. My complaint is not that Turmerry failed to deliver a product. My complaint is that the product delivered was, in my experience, defective, poorly finished, and not consistent with the quality I believed I was purchasing.

I ordered a high loft pillow for a side sleeper. It was too high and way too soft causing neck pain. The customer service went radio silent once I sent in photos of the destroyed pillow as instructed. No replacement ever came. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. I see on AI that their customer service has deteriorated greatly lately. Buyer beware. Better get it right the first time because they will not help you.

The products might be fine, but Turmerry's customer service is a nightmare. It took five attempts over several days just to reach an overseas call center and be assisted by someone reading from a prepared script. When I first placed my order I told that it would arrive this week; instead, today I was told it's on backorder and "may be sent in the coming weeks." Since Turmerry routes all of their publicly listed phone numbers through this call center, there's absolutely no way to get a straight answer or reach anyone at the actual company. If you enjoy endless frustration, go ahead and order from Turmerry.

My wife & I for our upcoming 50th anniversary decided to buy new mattress (so exciting). We have a split king (2 - twin XL to make a king) due to our different needs (my heart condition requires I have my feet elevated a little & her nasal condition requires her head raised) We purchased 2 twin xl mattresses from Turmerry (never looking at the returns page - we did not plan on returning them). The mattress did not work out for either of us. These mattresses are way too much like sleeping on a water bed when you move in the bed the whole bed moves. And more than once I rolled to the outside of the bed and the edge support didn't hold and I fell out of bed. I contacted support to return these and they then told me their policy was to allow only 1 return in a 12 month period. WOW, why didn't this pop up on the ORDERING page when I enter 2 as the quantity. I would at least have know and would probably not have proceeded with the purchase. In order to find this policy you have to scroll way down (to 2nd page of the shipping & returns policy page). I have started the return process for the one mattress (not that we want either) and they made me take pictures of ALL SIDES of the Mattress Cover, and then send it to them. They did send me a mailing label (but I had the extra cost of $7.50 for a box & packing). It has been over a week since they received the mattress cover and they still haven't given me the authorization to get rid of the mattress. NOW getting rid of the mattress is another problem. I am 75 and my wife 72. Moving these 4 large pieces of latex foam is very hard for us. We would have to make 2 trips to the donation center (30 minutes each way) because we won't be able to get all the sections in the car at once. If we elect to cut them up we would have to make a real lot of trips to the convenience center (we do not have trash pickup where we are).

I ordered a latex mattress from Turmerry a month ago. When it had been a week and it hadn't shipped yet I reached out to them and they said the cover to the mattress was back ordered, it would be restocked within a week and my order would be prioritized. This has been going on week after week. Now they are saying within two weeks. I canceled my order. They should NOT be advertising that " Most Orders Placed By 3 PM EST Ship Same Day". Disappointed I wasted my time.

Save your money and buy elsewhere. We ordered a king-size comforter and received the wrong size — it was clearly mislabeled. Within months of normal use, the fill inside also started clumping badly, leaving thin patches in some spots and dense bunched-up clumps in others. This isn't wear and tear; it's a manufacturing defect in how the fill was distributed. When I filed a warranty claim, Turmerry's "warranty team" ignored the actual defect I reported (fill clumping) and instead responded as if I'd complained about shrinkage from washing — something I never said. They used that mischaracterization to deny the claim outright, essentially implying I was lying about how I cared for the product. After a long back-and-forth, their "final decision" was a flat denial, with a 30% discount offered as a consolation prize toward buying yet another one of their comforters. A company that ships the wrong item, ignores the actual problem you report, and then questions your honesty instead of making it right is not a company I can recommend. Look elsewhere before you spend your money here.
