Wish I could look at previous years yearly overall income. I know you can see it by the month but I’d like a year selection option so I can look back at present years and see which apartment makes the most or that sort of thing. The current per year is very nice it’s just I don’t see an accurate picture until December. And then it goes away.

As a landlord managing three properties—two single-family homes and a four-unit townhouse complex—TurboTenant has been an absolute game-changer. It’s hands down one of the best apps I’ve ever encountered for rental property management. Whether on my phone or computer, the app is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to handle every aspect of the rental process. The process of listing a property for rent couldn’t be simpler. TurboTenant allows you to seamlessly upload pictures and craft an engaging ad that gets distributed across multiple rental platforms, maximizing visibility. Managing inquiries from prospective tenants, scheduling showings, and handling applications is intuitive and efficient. It’s an all-in-one tool that takes the guesswork and hassle out of these tasks. Once a property is rented, the app continues to shine by streamlining ongoing property management. It handles everything from tenant insurance and rental payments to repair requests with remarkable ease. The entire platform feels designed with landlords in mind, offering tools and features that genuinely make a difference. I’ve recommended TurboTenant to all my fellow landlords and will continue to do so without hesitation. It’s not just a tool; it’s a comprehensive solution that has made managing my properties more efficient and stress-free. If you’re a landlord looking for a reliable, easy-to-use, and powerful property management app, TurboTenant is the answer.
