Really streamlines the landlording process, automating tasks like sending reminders to tenants, collecting rent, applying late fees/penalties etc. They have a paid service that let's you get a compliant lease for any state then you can of course add your unique clauses so you're sure at any time that your lease agreements are solid. Among many other features 😄. It's free for the landlord to collect the rent but I think if you want it fast-tracked into your account there's a charge for that but don't quote me on that, I haven't needed to use that option at all.

Have been using this business for my rental in San Francisco. Its a all-in-one solution with easy interface. This business also has regular sessions and several articles for owners to learn to better manage the rentals and follow local/state/federal laws. Highly recommended for anyone who has rentals.

Turbotenant has everything I need to rent out bedrooms. My tenants usually stay a year or more, so I frequently forget the process!!! But after a quick phone call, I'm back on track. This site is really user friendly!
