My initial contact was made on 4/16 with my new battery shipped on 5/16 and being delivered on 5/23. Like most customers, the problem seems to be the battery as my X7 scooter wasn’t powering up after its first ride. I was given instructions to use the multimeter along with video for reference. After two recordings (a week a part), neither was what they needed, so I called their customer service line, and found that was super helpful to have someone talk me through what I had to do. This person told me that I would need a paper clip (who knew) to use with the multimeter. I sent him another recording and after showing him that there was no power, my ticket was escalated and I was contacted by a different customer service person who was super responsive and helped to get me a replacement battery. She actually set my expectations because they were out of stock but a new shipment was in transit to the US (global supply chain issues) and told me that once it ships to me, I would be emailed and I was. To be honest, I thought I’d be waiting longer, so this was a pleasant surprise it came faster than what I expected. As someone who works in customer service myself, I can empathize with those on the other line. What I’m writing out is more of a way to help customers to understand the process and to not get discouraged. The video I believe is more for the manufacturer of the battery than it is for Turboant. Jane (on email) and Romero (on phone) were really top notch. What I would suggest on Turboant’s side is to have written instructions ready for customers since this is an ongoing issue, which would include this is what you need with pictures along with step by step instructions. If the customer cannot do this, then providing them with local repair shops will help. You can plot out where you are shipping to most and start finding partners in those cities and grow this map as your business grows.

Great experience with support. My initial battery was failing, but I contacted support and after a few troubleshooting steps, it was determined that I needed a new battery and one was sent to me right away, free of charge. Support was very quick to respond!

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. IF (yes, big *IF*) it works you’ll be fine. Mine arrived and I got one ride. Charged it and the second time I went to commute it wouldn’t turn on. Instead of sending replacements they made US go find a vendor with a meter to check the charger. Well, they’re are no companies (they don’t have US vendors) that do what they ask. Asked for replacements and they said I would be charged restock fees and shipping. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I had a problem with the replacement battery but the service was excellent. The delivery company lost the battery but after another email they sent me another battery which came within 3 days from a different delivery company. I was very satisfied with your service and the quick replies to their emails. As in previous reviews yes there was a lot of emails but I can see why they would not just send without actual proof that you have an issue.

Company sold me a broken bike. The battery indicated 100% full no matter what and the bike would shut off randomly. Company expects YOU to break out the multimeter and start diagnosing the bike. So you better have some electric knowledge if you have issues. Company would go a week in between replies. They also refuse to publish my 1-star review on their website. There are ZERO 1 or even 2 star reviews. Not one. Nebula N1 if you want to go look. I believe this is a scam company looking to steal peoples money. I hope they don’t get anyone else.

Delivery time was good but after a month of having my scooter I ran into an issue with a flashing red light . They’ve had me sending videos and have been trying to fix it via emails and pictures and are doing everything possible to avoid the warranty. Think twice before purchasing this scooter especially having to deal with the back and forth when you run into an issue
