HORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought two bikes from this manufacturer, and the second one came with defects right out of the box. I can tell that I am dealing with foreigners from China due to the lack of care and concern, empty promises, and poor communication skills, I have given up after 7 months of waiting for them to replace my bike or send me parts. They are a rip off company and wont even send you a new defect free bike after paying for one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!

I bought 2 of the X7 scooters and they are so much fun. We're able to get around Boston faster than in a car and we don't have to pay for parking! Both have had issues with the batteries and one had a flat, but the support team has been very responsive via email and they have sent new batteries. Charge your batteries at least every 30 days and make sure to maintain the recommended tire pressure and you should be good.

I recently purchased the Turboant back in April 2022 and have used it 3x. The purchase was for me to commute from NY Port Authority to my office approximately 3/4 of a mile away. The scooter stopped working and would shut off mid ride within a week of receipt. Reached out to Turboants customer support team. They tried to convince me to buy a volt meter and check the voltage at the battery terminals which would have costed me easily an additional $100.00. I pushed back and after 2 weeks of back and forth and my insistence on them sending me a replacement battery, they finally agreed and sent a new battery. The battery was a lead time and was 4 weeks out. Received the new battery and the scooter still does not function. after charging it. I have reached out to them countless times over the last week (June 2022) and still have not heard back. I let them know the product was still not functioning and they basically ghosted me. I've requested a refund and have yet to receive a response. I am completely disappointed as the scooter cost $500 and I've got absolutely no use out of if. More disappointing is the fact that they don't stand behind their product and are basically promoting this as a premium scooter . I will be filing a complaint with the BBB to see if I can receive some support but this product is basically made in China and they don't care about anything but the $$. Don't take chances with this product . You will regret it.Ive also tried calling their support number but it rings and rings. I should have gone with the GOTRAX .

We have been extremely pleased with our 2 TurboAnt X7 Pro electric scooters. We purchased them about 6 months ago and have used them a lot. The battery life is as described, the speed is great! Even being on the heavier side this scooter still performs. We purchased the package that came with a spare battery therefor we could travel further and use them in our personal airplane when we fly to different airports. Charging is also quick and easy.

Purchased two X7 Pro for my kids and dad. Great product and value. Speed and range has been as advertised. Had battery issues with battery, but customer service was fast to respond and replace.

I never recommend this brand to anyone like they their battery range is really low like the show what is totally fake !! I ordered it and I used it for 2 days just within 14 km range it battery gets turn off and also my battery never gets charges upto 5 BARs even I put my scooter in charge for 7-8 hours many times than too !! It just charge 4 even my plug is high voltage than too Also , they don’t have any branch for any agent in canada Ontario so I reach them through mail and they tell me to shoot a video of battery voltage and all now where should I found this like it’s not more than 1 month I buy it and they are not helping also !!
