Great experience from ordering new to needing help with parts and maintenance! Had 2 issues with the scooter as I put miles on it and Turboant was very helpful and responsive via email! Had an issue with a controller and they walked me through the diagnosis and covered the part under warranty. Next I had an issue with a bearing, same thing. They walked me through diag, shipped replacement parts to get me back on the road. Made me feel like a valued customer and that my purchase AND experience with them mattered! Would highly recommend

We bought the two scooter package and we got scammed! One scooter needed replacement parts due to electrical issues within 6 months. The other needs a new battery before the first year. Turboant says that it's out of warranty and we'd have to pay $150 for a new battery. Why? Just so we can replace something else in the next few months? Save your money and find a better alternative. Your reply that you sent me a link to buy a new battery doesn't negate the fact that the new one that came with the scooter was garbage and only goes to show the poor quality at which you build these things. Hopefully people heed the warning and stay away from your product.

Clear instructions and timely response

I’ve owned a Turboant X7 Pro Max for nearly two years, and I’m very satisfied, not only with the scooter itself, but also with the support provided by Jane and the Turboant team. Whenever I needed anything, they were always there to help. After doing extensive research on the scooter market, I came across the Turboant X7. It offers a range of up to 30 miles, takes less than five hours to fully charge, and features a battery mounted on the stem rather than near the ground like most scooters. This design helps protect it when riding through puddles, and the battery can be easily removed for replacement. It’s by far one of the best options for the price. The availability of add-ons also makes a big difference, for example, I installed honeycomb tires and never have to worry about flats. Need a replacement part? They’ve got you covered. Need help installing it? They provide step-by-step videos showing exactly how to do it. I’m very happy with my choice!

Just received my m10 pro Looks 10x better than the m10 lite that I had in 2023 alot faster alot more comfortable to ride just wish the tires was already full of air but overall I enjoy it very much

Quick honest helpful

On May 4, 2025 I purchased a refurbished m10 pro for $352. Sometime in September 2025, it completely stopped working. I went back and forth with Turboant about possible issues/repairs. I took it to a local scooter shop - I live in Houston, TX. They couldn't fix it. On 10/28/25 turboant emailed me- "Hello Vanessa, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused. Based on the assessment from the repair shop, we recommend replacing both the control board and the motor to resolve the issue. However, we completely understand that the cost of repairing a refurbished scooter might feel high, and we genuinely regret that you are facing this difficulty. We would like to assure you that our refurbished scooters undergo strict quality checks and are designed to perform similarly to new units. While issues can occasionally arise due to probability, this is not reflective of the overall reliability of our products. If the repair cost is not ideal for you at this time, we would like to offer an alternative: you may consider purchasing a new scooter from us(comes with a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind) We are here to assist you further and help find a solution that works best for you. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely," To which I replied - NO thank you! I'm not about to purchase anything else from them. Even a refurbished scooter should last more than 4 months!!

Junk scooters! I bought one for my daughter in June 2025. The motor failed in September, when we contacted TurboAnt and they told us they would send a warranty replacement... Well, it is now mid-December and we still have not received our replacement motor! Only several emails indicating even more delays in sending the replacement motor to us... Meanwhile, our daughter is away at college and was depending on this scooter as her primary means of transportation. Now has to walk or pay for public transportation... TurboAnt continues to sell this same scooter, yet cannot send us the warranty replacement that we paid for!?!?! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! There are other, BETTER scooter's available elsewhere!!
