We bought the two scooter package and we got scammed! One scooter needed replacement parts due to electrical issues within 6 months. The other needs a new battery before the first year. Turboant says that it's out of warranty and we'd have to pay $150 for a new battery. Why? Just so we can replace something else in the next few months? Save your money and find a better alternative. Your reply that you sent me a link to buy a new battery doesn't negate the fact that the new one that came with the scooter was garbage and only goes to show the poor quality at which you build these things. Hopefully people heed the warning and stay away from your product.

On May 4, 2025 I purchased a refurbished m10 pro for $352. Sometime in September 2025, it completely stopped working. I went back and forth with Turboant about possible issues/repairs. I took it to a local scooter shop - I live in Houston, TX. They couldn't fix it. On 10/28/25 turboant emailed me- "Hello Vanessa, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused. Based on the assessment from the repair shop, we recommend replacing both the control board and the motor to resolve the issue. However, we completely understand that the cost of repairing a refurbished scooter might feel high, and we genuinely regret that you are facing this difficulty. We would like to assure you that our refurbished scooters undergo strict quality checks and are designed to perform similarly to new units. While issues can occasionally arise due to probability, this is not reflective of the overall reliability of our products. If the repair cost is not ideal for you at this time, we would like to offer an alternative: you may consider purchasing a new scooter from us(comes with a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind) We are here to assist you further and help find a solution that works best for you. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely," To which I replied - NO thank you! I'm not about to purchase anything else from them. Even a refurbished scooter should last more than 4 months!!

Junk scooters! I bought one for my daughter in June 2025. The motor failed in September, when we contacted TurboAnt and they told us they would send a warranty replacement... Well, it is now mid-December and we still have not received our replacement motor! Only several emails indicating even more delays in sending the replacement motor to us... Meanwhile, our daughter is away at college and was depending on this scooter as her primary means of transportation. Now has to walk or pay for public transportation... TurboAnt continues to sell this same scooter, yet cannot send us the warranty replacement that we paid for!?!?! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! There are other, BETTER scooter's available elsewhere!!

This is by far, the WORST scooter brand I have the guilt to say I own. When I first bought the X7 Max for my college commutes, it was quite smooth and had zero issues. It came down to needing inevitable repairs (Inner tube tear. Not sure how) like all machines need. I had little foresight on the suffering I was going to endure. Deconstruction was strenuous but nothing too bad since it was just the inner tube. HOWEVER, we need to discuss about the RECONSTRUCTING PROCESS. IT IS THE MOST HEADBANGING, ABYSMAL, AGONIZING pain I have probably endured in my life. The videos did not have most of the issues or warnings on what issues could arise, leaving me to do an abundance of research on my own on how to do it. The problem isn't the needing to problem solve. It's the ambiguous tire design. I have dumped too much money into attempting to fix THE FRONT TIRE AND ONLY THE FRONT TIRE but to no avail. I have spent months trying to fix this scooter but let this be my lesson on the quality of this scooter. You get what you pay for but apparently, I paid for crap. Please heed my warning and do NOT buy from this company unless you are thirsting for agony. P.S. I am still trying to put the motor back into the front tire, but nothing works. At least I learned my lesson about this quality and WILL NOT be buying another one. EVER.

Their products are absolutely industrial garbage. They are of the worst quality you can imagine. I got one motor problem from another ever since I started riding it. So Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM TURBOANT!

The worst customer service i’ve ever had. My scooter was supposed to be delivered on 9/20. It wasn’t. I reach out to TurboAnt saying I’m worried its lost, Then the tracking said it was “On a fedex vehicle” from 9/20-9/25. Both the Customer Service Rep and I confirm that it hast arrived yet and is in transit. The Rep said just to wait, it would be delivered. Then suddenly, 6 days later, the tracking updates to “Was Delivered on 9/20” even though we both confirmed it wasn’t. It was never delivered, and I believe lost by Fedex. Such begins the longest and most frustrating series of back and forth emails where I’m begging for a refund and actually crying by the end. My rep says it’ll take 60 says for them to look into it. Taking things into my own hands, I get proof from Fedex there was no photos taken of delivery, I get a letter form fedex corporate saying they can't prove it was delivered, I video me on call with fedex where they confirm theres no proof of delivery. I provide it all to my TurboAnt Rep. They say they can’t provide a full refund, only 100 out of the 500 I spent. They say it should be fredex that will refund me the rest, since I “filed a claim with fedex” but I didn’t file a claim. I neverr filed a claim with fedex and only the shipper can file a claim, which TurboAnt didnt. I confirmed all this with fedex, but my TurboAnt rep just repeats everything to me again. We argue back and forth more. Its still an ongoing battle to this day 10/7. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I never write reviews like this but I’m so hurt by this company. i can only warn everyone to stay away from them. They do not care about their customers. They only care about money.

These folks cannot take responsibilty for their claims. The scooter's batteries are weak and they won't replace them. The scooter barely goes 20 miles before needing a charge. I was expecting more since they claim 50 miles per charge. Since there are 2 batteries you would think it would go farther. I'm only 125 lbs and I drive on flat terrain Two trips of 3.8 miles on flat terrain and the batteries are more than halfway drained 3 bars left. They keep leading me on and making me jump through hoops like buying a multimeter to test the batteries which I did but the instructions were not correct. Also the wires were too difficult to reach. Then they tell me that the last four bars on the screen last the longest when this was not the case at all. They also told me to drain the battery the whole way down when in the manual it EXPLICITLY states that doing that ruins the battery completely and will not be under warranty. They keep deferring me to management and their response is always to jump through some hoop putting the blame on me. They sold me a lemon and won't take responsibility There claims of 50 miles per charge are way off base. It is simply not true. Not even close. I want to return it but they refuse to respond to my emails.
