So far the process has been smooth. My medication was approved and is on its way. I received a call from customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to my weight loss journey with Shed. I wish that I could post my before and after pictures. If this works out for me I will be bringing my husband on board.

What I liked: the medication WORKS. I had a lot of success with the medication I used. It was also fairly easy to get started, even without insurance or a doctor's office visit. What I disliked: for me, it felt challenging to get a human person on the phone and get my issues sorted in e timely way. I also found it expensive out of pocket.
