This was my first time using a medication all online - from meeting with the provider to ordering my prescriptions. It was a good experience overall, but adjusting subscriptions isn’t straightforward. If that were easier, I would’ve rated a 5. And most importantly I didn’t hit my goal weight, I actually surpassed it.

I’ve used Shed since September 2024 and would never go with a different brand. Shed is always transparent about their pricing and doesn’t add on additional charges, or require a monthly fee. Shed also allows me to purchase my medication on a month to month basis opposed to a certain amount of months up front which works better with my budget. I’ve met with the same doctor from the start who assists with making sure I’m at the right dosage to see continued results. Shed also offers multiple different weight loss solutions and is constantly adding more or different service options for me to consider. I wouldn’t switch from Shed to another option because I am satisfied. I’ve lost 80 lb since I started Shed last year.

Shed explains evrry step in the weight loss medications. They promptly return messages and answer questions. I really feel that they understand the process we go through selecting weight loss products that suit our individual needs

I started my journey today with Shed! My fiancé talked to me about it, and I immediately went to the website, it was very easy to manage. The representative was very polite and helpful. Had a wonderful "Welcome " call, and I'm looking forward to my video call with the medical staff tomorrow! I can't wait to get started!

I’ve been with Shed since Dec. 2024 and I have nothing but a great experience! The customer care team , the medical team , my health coach & the pharmacy are all outstanding! They provide you with all of the necessary tools to guide you through your journey! I have never had an issue with billing or receiving my medication! Definitely recommend them to any of my friends!
