ShedReviews of tryshed.com

As always when I have any questions or concerns I can rely on the girls at Shed! Savannah, Sophia and Trinnity you are awesome!

I’ve been incredibly impressed with Shed and the results I’ve seen since starting their weight-loss program. Their approach is simple, effective, and truly personalized. I’ve even lost almost 50lbs since I started!! But what really sets them apart is their spectacular customer service. Every interaction I’ve had—whether through their care team, med team, or virtual call with a provider—has been supportive, prompt, and genuinely caring. They don’t just hand you a plan and disappear; they check in, answer questions, and actually listen to your goals and challenges. It’s rare to find a company that’s this dedicated to your success. If you’re looking for a weight-loss service that combines real results with top-tier customer care, Shed is absolutely the one to choose. Highly recommend!

Justine was amazing at helping to solve my issue and answer my questions.

They've made the process very easy. I've also had nothing but pleasant correspondence with representatives over the phone. Feeling glad I chose Shed vs any of the many alternatives!

Was approved for Wegovy on 11/21 was told pharmacy would contact me to set up for payment and delivery, script was not sent until 11/25, still nothing from pharmacy. Contacted customer support, they “understand my concerns” obviously not- still no Wegovy! If I had known how this program operated I would have gone with one that was less expensive and stood behind what they were selling.

The website was easy and I signed up and got a phone call an hour or 2 afterwards. They did a welcome call and offered support in this weight loss journey.

Very polite and gave me a lot of information

I am just finishing my first month. So far the GLP- 1 shots seem to be working. That’s the bright spot. However dealing with Shed has been very challenging to say the least. It’s impossible to get a human on the phone/chat. All their customer support is delayed and feels like bot service. I’m one day away from my 5th shot (you receive dosage in month supplies and are instructed to give your self a shot once a week) and I was just now notified that I won’t be receiving my shipment for 7-10 days. So one month in and they are already 10 days late. This is extremely disappointing considering the directions for the medication specifically tell you not to delay your shots. I will be cancelling my subscription and starting over with Ro.
