Amazing experience
I am writing to share my positive experience with Rachel at Shed. After my Health Equality Card was suspended, Rachel was assigned to my case and immediately reached out to advise me on the necessary steps to lift the suspension. She provided the LOA and 12 months of invoices, and thanks to her assistance, the issue was resolved in just a matter of days. Rachel was absolutely amazing throughout the process. Maxine H

Beware
Price jumped higher in one month. FedEx delivered my order to the wrong apartment. The ice pack in my package was completely melted. So I’m assuming I’m out of luck. Reached out to customer service which is chat bot I suspect and was told to file a claim with FedEx since they can’t do anything until I do. FedEx is refusing to allow me to file a claim. So I’m just out $150 bucks I guess.

Won’t let me cancel until I sign the new terms and conditions stating I can’t cancel without being billed for 2 months. I don’t agree to this. It’s like a toxic boyfriend that won’t let me leave.
