This company and pet fountain is a joke. I ordered this back in May and it was supposed to ship on June 1, didn't ship until 6/30. When I finally received it, the fountain did not work and the construction is very cheap and flimsy. I have reached out in 3 different ways asking for a refund and initiate a return of the item for a full refund, but have yet to hear back from the company. What a scam. I feel like they are just dragging this on to go past my 30 day window. Looks like I will be going to my bank to stop this charge from going thru. Avoid this company completely.

do not buy this product. product record was delayed. kept getting excuses as to why ... product recvd was not as expected. cannot get customer service response for FULL REFUND and return of this product.

My 4 cats had already been using a water fountain, with 2 different filters that needed replacing often. The Purestream was an easy transition for them. I've kept the other one going but the cats are only using the Purestream! my only regret is not getting 2!

My kitty took right to it, instead of her old fountain. She has been drinking more that's good, and she loves the toy.

Still learning about it, but Dash seems to like it. Wish i knew what time it was going to dump so i could see it work. LOL If my cat is happy, i'm happy.

This is not a,fountain. It is a glorified super pricy stagnant water bowl. The advertisement showed continuous water movement which is essential for cats,using it! Janessa a,real person or a bot.. said yes the,ad was wrong...I asked to return it. She or it offered 20 30 then 50 percent credit ..to keep it. Like it's useless I want to return it. Then I said fine give me a 50 percent credit and i will move on as its a thing to recycle now .. no one wants this product.. then someone named Leonard offered a,20 percent discount and a,year warranty. I disputed through PayPal. And somehow this company was trying to refund something and refunded the entire amount . Then told me i would have to ask for that amount to be repaid to them so they could give me a partial credit and how my disputing it hurts their small business um .no!!! This is a very poor useless product. And there's no money back guarantee . The product idea itself is smart but does,not work as advertised or designed .

They love it oh my gosh!!! All four of my cats actually drink from this!!! Within a few days they all loved it. My one kitty Chanel never drank out the first cat fountain my friend got us it was too loud and she doesn’t like running water. But this she absolutely drinks out of!!!

First the unit was not working properly, then I was leaking. All of these in the first 20 days. Customer service keeps delaying responses (up to 4 days) to avoid the 30-day satisfaction warranty. They refuse to provide return information and initiate refund. Instead they keep coming up with more things to try. Horrible company
