When I reached out to the company with technical problems, a representative was very responsive, gave me detailed instructions to fix the problem, and when the problem wasn't fixed, they offered to replace with a new unit or get a full refund. I loved the product when it worked well, so I opted for a replacement and they sent out a new unit right away.

My cat Frank drinks out of the worst places imaginable. The mop bucket. A cup I left on the floor for 10 minutes. One time I caught him licking condensation off a beer can like a tiny alcoholic. So I figured a water fountain might civilize him a little. Set it up no problem but then I couldnt get the battery indicator to stop blinking so I hit up support. Guy named Bob responds in like 20 minutes and opens with “the blinking means its working, your cat is just not grateful yet.” Bro I was not expecting to get roasted by customer service on a wednesday afternoon. Fixed my issue in 2 messages then asked me what kind of cat I had. Told him Frank is an orange tabby and he goes “say no more I understand everything about your situation now.” Mans really just profiled my cat by color and was completely correct. The fountain though is legit no joke. Theres no filter at all and I thought that was sketchy until I realized the clean water is sealed off separate from where Frank puts his nasty little face. 3 months and zero slime. My last fountain looked like a swamp after a week and I was cleaning parts every sunday like it was my second job. Frank took to it immediately which is suspicious because he rejects everything I buy for him. I spent $50 on a cat bed he wont touch but a water fountain?? Day one no hesitation. Cats make no sense. Battery lasts like 2 weeks, silent as hell, and I clean it in maybe 5 minutes. I have spent more time writing this review then I spend cleaning it in a month. Bob if you see this you’re the funniest support person I’ve ever talked to and Frank is still not grateful.

Absolutely love the Purestream Aqua One! I’ve been super happy with it so far. If your cats are a little hesitant when you first set it up l, just give them a couple days to get used to it. Mine were cautious but curious at first, but after warming up to it they both drink from it every single day!! Have to say customer support was super fast and helpful when I had a question. It’s refreshing dealing with a company that actually stands behind their stuff and cares about their customers. Been recommending this to all my friends!

My cat has been using the aqua one for a little over a month now and she loves it! After I ordered I wanted to know where my package was so I reached out to the support email. They replied back in just a few hours with details on where it exactly was and when it was going to be delivered which was great. I'd recommended the aqua one to anyone that wants to give the best and healthiest life possible to their cat
